Consulted them for tooth pain. A conference call was arranged with my insurance carrier to comb through my dental plan in detail. Every type of service covered was asked about by the office receptionist/manager. Initial treatment plan was to treat/fill a single tooth. After I got into the chair, Dr Patel drilled through TWO teeth without notifying me first and afterwards claiming that I required immediate root canal, crown buildup and crowns. Additionally, I was pressured to get the root canals done within a couple of days because the specialist would only be there once a month. So I was put in a position to commit to spending almost 2k immediately or live with the pain for over a month. It was not even explained which tooth was causing pain or why we suddenly needed to drill out both teeth. Another dentist later gave the opinion that not only the fillings were removed but actual tooth was drilled out so close to the nerves that there was no other option but to get a root canal at this point. I did get the procedures done later at another specialist. Not sure if this was standard practice or my situation was actually needed. However communication was poor and I was surprised with a 4 time increase from the initial treatment plan after getting into the chair. These cases are difficult to win in court due to strong legal defense afforded by dentists. Visit this location at your own peril regardless of the other 5 star reviews.

Dr Bhumika Patel did excellent work for my tooth filling. Certainly will trust her for any additional dental issues I encounter in future. On a later date Reham deep cleaned my teeth very well. I highly recommend this dentistry.

This place is terrible! Stay away.... demanded payment for cleaning after being seated in a chair for cleaning, of which Delta Dental pays for 2 free cleanings per calendar year (They say a deep cleaning was needed and not covered... FALSE INFORMATION). Then explain that I have 15 cavities! Total scam AGAIN!. Went to another dentist and was told I had 1 cavity. This place needs to evaluated by the state.

I love taking my kids to this dentist. They are super nice and explain what they are doing. They also have a lot of patience working with kids as well. They are always overly nice to me and my children. I'm so glad I found them. I would recommend them to everyone.
