I always call during the times google says they are open, and the machine always says my calling after hours. I leave voice mails that I never hear back from, I could be a regular here, but if I can't book appointments over the phone then I guess I will look somewhere else.

I had a very positive experience, the staff was very friendly and made it relaxing. The Dr was very good and positive. I would highly recommend this office.

Three things to consider before going here. 1) patient safety. No protective vest provided during xrays. No protective eyeware during cleaning and dental procedure. 2) professionalism. Dentist used my bib/chest to place the dental instruments during my procedure. An hour of instruments dropping on my chest and being picked up. At one point one hit my throat. 3) communicating. No estimate was provided for the dental work. I could have done better at asking but i was so shocked at the other 2 that i just wanted to leave. Not sure if there has been changes here since the last reviews posted 8 months ago. I based my decision to go here on those reviews. Would not recommend for safety reasons.

I've been a patient here for the past three years and I've loved my entire experience. I used to suffer from dental anxiety and i'm so happy I found a place that is gentle and highly skilled staff!!! I've gotten several cavities filled with just topical numbing and my experience was awesome.

Everything went pretty smoothly, even post pandemic. Dental Assistant was pleasant, and provided some small talk while preparing everything. Hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly. Doctor came by, reviewed and gave me a plan to get me back on track with their office. Nothing really to complain about at this office, honestly.

Great place, great work and great prices! Every time someone mentions dental work to me this is the place I recommend. Affordable and reasonable. Customer service is very honest with patients.

I have been a customer of that place for many years. Unfortunately, the service they offer now has changed. I have tried to be an appointment for more than a month, but they always put me on hold or ask me to call again at another time. I feel very disappointed and i have decided to take my business to another place where they appreciate me as a client and give me the service I deserve.

I had great experiences with the staff and Dr's but I had a brand new crown put in about 6 months ago and it and already fell out. Of course on a Saturday and a front tooth. Cost me another $750 at a discount offered by a great dental facility called Dentists of North Glendale

The dentist did a great job cleaning my teeth. The staff are nice. I have to go back for a few fillings and the prices are reasonable.

This dentist office is okay. I was really confused by my last appointment. I was taken back by a man saying the hygentist would be there in a few minutes, she did the cleaning and half the flossing and disappeared. The other guy came back and said he was going to brush my teeth, which he did. After I used mouth wash he attempted to send me away... Even though I hadn't seen the dentist and they didn't finish flossing my teeth. I mentioned it and the guy finished flossing ( I'm not sure if he was even a hygentist) and the dentist came. I asked him about the confusion and he shrugged it off blaming it on too many kid appointments (it was MLK day). I also got a lecture that they didn't have recent xrays since I've been pregnant. I gave two stars because it had never been this bad in the past, but even if I wasn't moving in a few months, I wouldn't be returning. They've never been too friendly.
