I enjoy providing painless, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. Each person comes to me with a unique clinical need or needs, along with individual concerns, and its my responsibility to find treatment solutions that work for their situation. I enjoy the professional challenges of caring for a diverse group of people, each with their own needs, and I always recommend minimally invasive approaches that will yield the strongest results in the most affordable and timely manner, to ensure the patient has the best treatment experience.
When I was considering career paths, dentistry seemed like the right profession for me, because I grew up in a family that owns a dental lab in California, so I was raised around the concept of providing dental care. But I also knew I wanted to work directly with people and deliver hands-on care to patients, because I found the personal connections to be rewarding. I made the right choice.
Its amazing to work in a profession where I am able to make significant, positive changes in the lives of so many wonderful people, every day. And to do so in such a way that I am also able to develop strong, long-term relationships with them, is particularly fulfilling. I treasure the conversations we have and what we learn from each other, and the friendships that evolve over time.
Each year I pursue many hours of continuing education in oral healthcare. There are constant developments in the field, from new technologies and materials to treatment methodologies, and its my responsibility to stay at the leading edge of these changes. My patients trust me to provide them with the highest quality treatments, care options, and a positive environment in which to receive their care. By attending meetings, seminars, and lectures, as well as staying abreast of the relevant professional journals, I am able to exceed their expectations.
Dr. Sopanis (Minnie) Cho graduated from Indiana University School Of Dentistry. She earned a Master of Science in dentistry, is board certified in operative dentistry, and recently completed her maxillofacial prosthodontic residency at IU. Her goal is to continue teaching at IU School of Dentistry while also working in private practice with an emphasis on prosthodontics.
Dr. Cho is a member of the Academy of Operative Dentistry as well as the American College of Prosthodontists. She is actively involved with lecturing, lab exercises, and clinical procedures with dental students.
Jessi is a great addition to our team in March 2015 and we are so glad to have her as a part of our team. She graduated from hygiene school in Illinoiseight years ago and moved to Indianapolis the next day. She has always been interested in dentistry and loves giving people a pleasant dental experience and helping everyone feel confident about their smile!
Hilary grew up in a small town of northeast Indiana where her dad is the local dentist. Seeing how comfortable he made all of his patients feelinspired her to become a hygienist. She graduated from IPFW in 2014 and moved to the Indy areashortly after. Hilary joined our team here at GDA in 2017. In her free time, she likes to be with friends and family, travel, and go to concerts.
Mandy came to Glendale Dental Associates in 2014. She loves being on a team where the needs of a patient are at the forefront of all we do, and shes glad to make that happen, wherever shes needed. Mandy greets patients with a warm smile as they arrive, and checks in to see how their day is going and get the latest news about their family. She loves seeing patients leave the office happy, with big smiles on their faces, because we have helped them get out of dental pain or and made their life better.
Tasha comes to the office every day looking forward to the conversations shes going to have, while helping our patients feel comfortable during their time with us and seeing to it that they leave happy. She enjoys building relationships with people and finds the ensuring trust to be rewarding. In addition to providing chairside assistance to our doctors, and helping the patient during procedures, Tasha orders the supplies for our clinic and front office. She also maintains the ordering and laboratory paperwork for our patients.
Regi has been in the dental field for 32 years, and at Glendale Dental Associates since 2014. Regi plays an important role by making sure that our two hygienists and their patients have everything they need for a comfortable and efficient dental visit. Without the orchestration implemented by Regi, our accelerated hygiene schedule could not run.
A graduate of Purdue Univeristy, Danielle has been with our practice since 2016. She loves the balance betweeninteracting with patients during restorative procedures, andworking oncases in the dental lab.
In her spare time, you can find Danielle playing frisbee with her Border Collie, biking, hiking, snow skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family and her husband-- especially at football games.

Update: This practice will no longer work with your concerns! I must say, I'm sadly disappointed in the new owner. I always schedule my appointments and double check that I can see my dentist because of my anxiety and the comfort I had with her. On my last visit, I was surprised to find out that she was not in and I asked to please reschedule me to a time when my dentist was available. The staff was confused, but nice enough to reschedule me, however, the new owner then asked me to leave the practice since I was not willing to see whichever random dentist was available. I'm very disappointed that I cannot see my favorite dentist. Original review (only applies to my preferred dentist who is no longer there) I hate the dentist! I've spent a lot of my life dreading and avoiding them (which makes the visits so much worse). This is the first dentist I've gone to consistently. She makes the appointment easy and low stress. She chats with me in her lovely soothing way to keep my mind occupied. She's tolerated my anxiety and helped me through a lot of it without making me feel judged. I can't say enough great things about her bedside manner which makes all the difference in the world. My dental health has improved dramatically in the 5 years I've been seeing her and while i still don't enjoy the appointments, I don't have a week of anxiety leading up to them anymore. She tells me where i can improve, but doesn't scold me when i'm not perfect. I also appreciate the options I have for my dental health. When problems arise, I'm not pushed straight to the most profitable solution. She happily tries little fixes and gives me treatment options when available and I really appreciate this approach. The rest of the staff is nice too and the smiling faces help make my dreaded dentist visits much more tolerable. I also appreciate the ease of scheduling. They make an appointment for my 6 mo cleaning right away and send many reminders so i won't just put it off.

I had been going to this dentist for a long time and when my insurance changed I had to switch which I was not happy about. Glendale Dental Associates is a phenomenal and now that my insurance has changed again, I will be returning to them!

My hygienist told me I should buy a powered toothbrush.Probably the best thing I've been pressured into doing!Thank you for all you guys do!And to the person who left a bad review because Dr Cho was trying to get to the root of her problem with anxiety,I'd tell that chick to kick rocks!

Everything was completely thorough with my exam and cleaning . Had had a treatment plan given to me for following procedure. I felt like the place was completely comfortable in the fact that it was very Covid safe and also I was listening to regarding any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new dental office!

I highly recommend Dr Cho. I'm just finishing up amy first dental implant and the entire process has gone very smoothly. This has been consistently the case since I've been a patient at Glendale Dental. I've had a 5 tooth bridge made and installed as well as fillings and crowns and they are very comfortable and secure and the installations were always surprisingly free from major discomfort and stress because of Dr Cho's chair side manor and skill. The entire staff also hav always been very well trained and friendly. This is an awesome dental office.

They have optimized every component of being a patient... scheduling, reminders, checkin, the building/parking/decor, the efficiency of moving through a basic cleaning, the quality and proficiency of office staff and hygienists, scheduling follow ups, etc. Everything is easy to follow and understand, and the actual experience is great! I've been a patient here for 10+ years and we love it!

Nice people. I'm still really sore from taking care of my cavities, my pain level is a 7 on outside of my right jaw but is level 5 on inside. I haven't been to work in 2 day s because of pain and swelling from visit on Tuesday.

I've been going to Glendale dental for over 10 years. Yesterday I had an implant procedure and dr. Cho and his staff made the appointment as comfortable as possible. If you're looking for a reputable Family owned dentistry, this is the spot for you; amazing staff, impeccable dentistry work, and extremely clean facility. After their renovations a few years ago, I LOVE coming into their office, The feng shui is on point! So welcoming & pleasantly designed with the patient in mind

I have only been to 3 dentists in my life. Dr Jones back in the day was the dentist, hygienist and receptionist. His diligent care to all of my family was so appreciative. Dr Cho and his staff give that same high level experience. Dr Cho actually takes the time to listen to his patients, staff is very efficient. All the hygienists are kind and educate their patients with tips and tools to better oral care.

My daughter recommended this dentist to me and I would recommend it to others. I was most impressed with the efforts to assure safety from Covid. The staff was very pleasant and competent. Everything was explained well. Dr. Cho was very pleasant and competent as well but I have no idea what he looks like. I would not recognize him if he passed me on the street. He came in after my cleaning all garbed up and I literally could not see his face. For a first time patient, I would recommend that he take an extra minute and come into the cubicle with only a mask on to introduce himself, make an acquaintance, reassure the patient, and then return with all the self protective garb. He has to change all the garb between patients anyway so I think it would not be too taxing. Definitely would have made a difference for me.
