Absolutely don't waste your time. And they WILL waste your time. Over an hour long wait before I was seen, and I arrived early. The waiting room was full of people who were also waiting for over an hour.

The receptionist was diligent and thorough about taking my information and making sure I was covered. She was nice, professional, and great at her job. However, that seemed to be the last efficient or confidence-inspiring part of the office visit. My x-ray tech had to redo several shots because he misplaced the mouth guard the first time, so I was exposed to a bit more radiation than was strictly necessary today. I got there at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment and only saw the doctor at 12:15. Also, the dentist and technician just up and left for five minutes in the middle of my cleaning---no explanation, no apology, just left me there, chair inclined and mouth agape. I have to assume there was some kind of emergency, but I still think I was owed an explanation, right? On the whole, a rather adequate dental office. Maybe consider another.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE. This was the absolute worst experience I had in my life and was treated like absolute trash. This place is full of deceiving staff and subpar service, all they care about is billing you $$. The staff are so rude, unprofessional, and do unable to their job. I went here for x-rays, and waited two months to hear back with an authorization to see the specialist. Every-time I called I was told I would get a call back, and never did.. One instance they told ME to call insurance.. I'm sorry but what do you get paid for ??? they leave you in the dark , don't give any care about your pain or well-being... but its okay for them because they already billed you. Yolanda, the main staff admin, is extremely unprofessional, a liar, and avoids any confrontation by ignoring the patients. Thinking about calling and asking about a status of a referral?? You're going to be ignored and told lies for weeks.. until you pick up the phone and call the insurance yourself. Overall DIRTY PLACE, HORRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE, and INCOMPETENT STAFF.
