Office manager doesn't care if you are sick or in urgent care. Canceled first appointment (unfortunately same day due to waking up with 100+ degree fever), scheduled second appointment a week later and was feeling better originally but woke up the day of my appointment having to go to urgent care. Called and the office seemed to be understanding, but was mailed a bill later. I understand office policy is to cancel in advance, but unfortunately illness is unpredictable. In the future if you are sick you must go in or you get a fee. When I explained this to the staff I said should I be coming in and getting people sick she said that's fine. Patients should beware because it seems they don't care about your well-being if they are telling other patients to come in sick. Next time I will just have to take my chances and whoever is in my path should really blame the office staff.

Took my 11 year old grandson and he loves the environment created inside, with an awesome Dr. Yu and his assistances he goes to the dentist willingly with no pain coming out. Great experiences and returning customers.

I don't know how this dentist has such good reviews. He wanted to outsource some of my work but when I asked him about it he said he wasn't. He also didn't want to remove all of my silver fillings. Remove the small ones and put crowns on the others. He shoved the office dog out of the way during my exam when it wasn't in the eay.The staff is nice. If you need work done this isn't the place.

Just amazing people. I hated going to the dentist until I came here now I find myself there every 3 months. All the staff are super nice and amazing and KAREN she is so awesome! When it comes to dental benefits she is well knowledgeable and detailed. Just LOVE this place!.

I've been going here for years and probably should have left a review sooner - they're amazing! I started out kind of nervous about the dentist, but now I actually love to get my teeth cleaned. They're SO kind and they actually know me and ask about how I'm doing, they ask about my family and my job. I always feel welcome when I come in, and I know that they're looking out for me and my teeth's best interests!

I come up all the way from Sierra Vista because I trust their professionalism and expertise and enjoy the fact that Dr. Yu and the staff really care about their patients as practically family members.. After years in SV, I could not find the same qualities and respect that I've found with Glendale Aesthetic Dentistry, so for me, it's worth the 3 1/2 hour trip to Glendale.

Dr Yu and his staff have been INCREDIBLE! Especially Karen! She has been an advocate and an ally! This is the most compassionate drs office I have ever been to in any field!

Where do I start!? I love this office and it's staff! Karen is the BEST! She's so nice and welcoming and warming and she treats you like your a BFF that she hasn't seen in several years and she's just the best and so professional! I was nervous coming back after a few years and as soon as I came in I felt at home and all my worry went away and I was only in the lobby! Seeing the same faces as I have for years makes me happy too because I know they are happy hear because every time I come it's not a new set of workers so it makes it more fun!

Went for extraction and it wasn't even that painful. Thank you Dr. Yu I will be back to fix the rest of my teeth. The staff is amazing here got me in quick.

I seriously walked out of here feeling like I had just hung out with good friends! Karen and the other receptionist at the front desk are the sweetest, kindest, professional and attentive front staff I've ever come across, and you definitely continue to feel the love, professionalism and attentiveness in the back! Going to the dentist has always made my nerves be shot and meds are needed just to get through an exam. But not here, not with Dr Yu!!! I was comfortable the whole time, and have been reminded what confidence in your healthcare looks and feels like! My Mom raved about the staff here and now I can't stop!

I just got a tooth pulled/extracted exactly a wk ago. I actually came in for a routine exam with my bad tooth. They fit me in to extract the tooth that day! The whole staff is so compassionate & understanding. I reccomend them highly. Thank you Dr Henry Yu & staff! Im gonna post this review to my Facebook as well like i usually do. Just wish there was the movie ticket referral bonus you used to do. Maybe pick that program up again lol

Dr. Yu has been our family dentist for many years now. It says a lot about a practice when your staff has been around for many years. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service Dr. Yu & his staff provides my family.

I wish i could pick a Zero star, So i went to the clinic for my teeth checkup for the first time after X-rayed the doctor told me, they have to fill out my teeth's because there is cavity on it, I said okay. So they filled my teeth but when i come home i noticed doctor refilled my filled teeth that wasn't even hurting me, and they NEVER talk to me before about refilling my already filled teeth, after his procedure I"M NOT ABLE TO DRINK cold/hot nor I can CHEW anything with my teeth it hurts me so badly even i start screaming out of pain. So when i went to him again, and he REFILLED the same teeth again. when i come home the teeth hurts even more than before. I think he might be poke my nerve that is what her assistant told me. When i went back to him he told me we had to do root canal for the teeth. And i asked him my teeth wasn't hurting before and you didn't even mention your refilling my already filled teeth otherwise i wouldn't let him do that, Now i'm not gonna pay you more just make my teeth the way it was. He told me sorry i cannot do anything for free YOU HAVE ALREADY SIGNED THE PAPER IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG IT IS UPTO. they do good customer service until they charge your insurance but once something goes wrong the do not even care or bother themselves to fix or at least help you get rid of pain. I don't recommend this place for anyone because I trusted them and the did something wrong with my teeth that was not hurting at all and it was already filled, doctor told me in 2 years it will start hurting you so i refilled who care what is gonna happen in 2 years but how about now YOU made it worst?
