After receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM, Dr. Glen Hisel graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Since 1991, he has provided excellent dental care to the community of Clovis. Having lived in the area for most of his life, Dr. Hisel has a strong affiliation with this community and its people. He is proud to be from this area and to serve the diverse population in their dental needs.
Dr. Hisel consistently attends continuing education classes to better improve his ability as a dentist. Dr. Hisel has graduate from the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, the Orognathic Bioesthetics International (Level IV) and the Schuster Center for Professional Development (Masters Program)> He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New Mexico Dental Association, Oragnathic Bioesthetics International, New Mexico Cattle Growers Association, and Central Baptist Church. He has hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in all aspects of General Dentistry with an emphasis in Restorative Cosmetic Dentistry, TMJ disorders and overall health related dentistry. As a dentist, Dr. Hisels goal is to achieve a high level of dental mastery in order to better serve his patients and to help them keep their teeth healthy for life.
Dr. Hisel and his family have ranched on the plains of the Llano Estacado in Eastern New Mexico for four generations. He is the proud father of Luke, Catherine, Jacob and John. In his spare time, Dr. Hisel loves to spend time with his kids. The activities they enjoy are team roping, snow skiing, hunting and spending time at their ranch working and developing the land and their cattle.
Kelly is a New Mexico native who has lived and practiced Dental Hygiene all over the Land of Enchantment. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2001 and is a third generation Lobo. Kelly is the proud mother of Price, who is an excellent student and tremendous athlete.
Catherine is the daughter of Dr. Hisel. Being a recent graduate from Clovis High School, she is gaining experience in the dental field to hopefully benefit her as she pursues a career in orthodontics. She will be attending Eastern New Mexico University and majoring in Biology. Catherine enjoys learning from her dad and his wonderful staff, as well as emphasizing patient relationships. In Catherines spare time she is involved in roping, rodeo, going to church and spending time with her three brothers.
Anahi is a Clovis NM native. She has been a dental assistant since 2014. She has two boys, Jayden and Xavier and enjoys cheering them on at their various sporting events. Anahi and her boys are active members at Faith Christian Church.
Judy joined the practice in February 2014 after having worked in a dental office setting for many years prior. She is thankful for the opportunity to work with Dr. Hisel & his wonderful staff. She respects their commitment to provide their patients with the very best dental treatment in a truly caring manner. Judy & her husband Jess enjoy traveling & love spending time with their three children & seven grandchildren.
Kendra graduated from Howard College in Big Spring, TX in 2008. She was on the Deans list and received the Presidential Award for Outstanding Dental Hygienist Student. Kendra and her husband have two children, Rayce and Kollins. She enjoys performing in rodeos and helping her husband on their farm. Kendra has been part of our practice since 2010.
Tessa was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. She moved to Clovis in 2014 due to her husband, Stewart, being in the Air Force. She loves to travel the world and spend time with her family. She graduated from Lubbock Dental Assisting School in 2015.
Melessia has been a Dental Assistant since 2006 and a Certified Dental Assistant since 2008. She was born and raised in Tucumcari, NM and moved here to Clovis in 1998. She married Mr. Chris Ulibarri in 2006. She has two kids, Aspen and CJ, who are both active in sports. Melessia is a pleasure to work with and strives to help our patients maintain their dental health.
I am a Portales native, I went to high school in Elida then attended Eastern on a rodeo scholarship. Then I went to Amarillo for hygiene school, just graduated in May of 2018 and Im back in the area! When Im not helping save smiles Im probably out roping with my family. Im super excited to be apart of such an amazing office with a fun staff!

Love this team, they provide excellent care for your teeth and they are so kind & pleasant while doing so. They handle my kids with patience and explain everything as they go so they were not scared. They even held my baby when I couldn't find a babysitter and needed a cavity filled, when he got fussy. I highly recommend Dr. Hisel, Dr. Best, Hunter & the entire team!

Had a small cavity, they drilled it out filled it in, has never been the same, I've had consistent sharp pain for months in my tooth, only reason I gave a 2 star is because the staff seemed nice and professional.

Dr. Hisel and his team have taken care of all of us for years. They're so good with my kids and the whole environment is calm and reassuring, from staff to the space - you couldn't ask for a better dentist and team! Thank you guys for the continuously excellent care!

I've seen many doctors and has much work done over the years. This is by far the best experience I've had. From the staff and receptionist to his techs, all amazing. Fastest and best work I've had. Before him, the fastest time for a filling was about 2 hours. This guy blasted 2 fillings in 30 minutes then I was on my way out the door. He noticed one of my concerns without me even saying anything. Highly recommend his office.

Our family loves Dr. Hisel and staff! We were met with kindness and understanding as well as a genuine concern for what was best for us. Our kids were treated so well, there was not a tear shed or tantrum had about seeing the dentist. A win in our book! I would recommend Dr. Hisel to anyone needing a great dentist in the area!

Gosh, great friendly people, knowledgeable, friendly,, lots of smiles. My comfort was their greatest concern. Dr Hisel, Kelly, and all staff totally dedicated to providing the best dental care possible. And they did! Thoroughly recommend them for any and all dental work anyone might need. No hesitation in saying and feeling they are the best with the best facilities..
