Don't go here. They will rip you off even for an ordinary cleaning! Charged me 350$+ when i went for normal cleaning by telling i have different issues which never existed.

I really enjoy coming to this small office. Dr. Lauer is awesome, much better then the prior dentists I've seen here. The male up front is friendly and I enjoy that they offer payment options when I need major work done.

I had my first dentist apt TODAY with this dentist office but didn't get a confirmation email. So I called and the male receptionist didn't have my email nor my name spelled correctly. So at the end of our conversation I asked to speak with the supervisor because this wasn't the first time I've had problems. He said he was the supervisor. So I asked for someone higher than him and he said there isn't anyone. I asked for the corporate office number and he said he wasn't giving that to me and that if I had a problem maybe I shouldn't come to the apt. I stated "that is terrible customer service you're providing as a supervisor and you should be taking constructive criticism to better your business." He said "if you have it I'd love to hear it". So I calmly explained my experience so far, and at the end he said he was canceling my apt because he doesn't need difficult customers and then hung up on me. Last week I had an apt scheduled for July 3rd and I didn't get a confirmation either, so I called that morning and the same receptionist said it was a holiday and had to be cancelled. However when I called to schedule it, he first said it was fine and would call if it had to be rescheduled. Ridiculous! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! I will be going to the Better Business Bureau right after this review.

I was so worried I broke my tooth and it wouldn't be able to get fixed but when I went in this morning Kurt Lauer DDS was amazing he saved my tooth I have a temp crown for now but he took his time fixing my tooth, and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone in the office were very nice and welcoming. Can't wait to go back to get my permanent crown. Thank you again

The dental hygienist was lovely and professional, she's the reason they are even getting a star. The dentist had told me I had 9 cavities and would need fillings. Unfortunately the office was trying to charge me almost double the price for my filling. Thankfully I decided to check my dental plan online and saw that the price was inflated. I was quoted $77- 96 a tooth, on my plan the most expensive cost for fillings was $51 a tooth. I checked with my insurance company and they confirmed it. Edit 6/15 I decided to go to a new dentist, got new xrays and was informed that I had no cavities at all. The dentist at glen flora told me I had 9 in total. Maybe because I had told them I had not been to a dentist in over a decade they thought they could scam me, or maybe the dentist at glen flora is totally incompetent and a cheater, but I will be letting the insurance company know what is going on at this clinic. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!

I was so worried I broke my tooth and it wouldn't be able to get fixed but when I went in this morning Kurt Lauer DDS was amazing he saved my tooth I have a temp crown for now but he took his time fixing my tooth, and explained everything thoroughly. I went there after being referred to them from my insurance, I called them to set up an appointment and they got me in the very next day. I hate going to the dentist because I am afraid of the pain. Well let me tell you they were the best I have ever been to. They have the newest equipment and I had to get a root canal which the last one I had from a different place hurt so bad. Here the pain was nothing and I want to come back to them. I have never been able to say that about a place and I not the person to write reviews on places unless I have the best possible experience and this place is A+. Even the gentleman at the front desk is very helpful. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!!!!

I love my dentist, his assistants, the receptionist. the whole staff is just awesome. they don't treat you like just another patient. I'm really glad I found them.
