We started Gleam Dental to treat the children of our community with comprehensive, and cutting edge care. Our board certified pediatric dentists are specially trained to treat infants through adolescents, as well as, patients with special needs. With the same patient first focused care, we have now expanded our services to include adults. Our general dentists will bring the same compassionate, comprehensive and state of the art treatment to adults looking to receive the same excellent care we have always provided. Dr. Belle grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to Richmond, Virginia for college. She graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University, majoring in biology. She then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with honors in Dentistry for the Medically Complex (Oral Medicine) and honors in Community Oral Health. While in dental school, she founded the first student organization that focuses on integrating dentistry into an interdisciplinary health care delivery system. She was then awarded the American Academy of Oral Medicine Certificate of Merit and Award in Oral Medicine for her proficiency in the field of oral medicine. After dental school, Dr. Belle continued her dental training with a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, studying advanced hospital-based training in restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, surgical implant, and emergency dentistry. Dr. Belle is dedicated to providing the best quality comprehensive care to her patients using the latest evidence-based dental materials and techniques available. Dr. Belle is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Giving back to the community is important to Dr. Belle, as she has provided dental care and oral hygiene education to schools students and senior assisting facilities in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Belle lives with her husband, Dr. Hans, and their Shiba Inu puppy Hanji in Marlton. When she is not at work, Dr. Belle enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling.
Originally a native of Staten Island NY, Dr. McGann received his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University. He attended Temple University School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1985 and in 1987 completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at St. Christophers Hospital for Children, Philadelphia PA. Dr. McGann has been a clinical dental instructor at Temple Universitys Dental School and Harcum College. He is presently on staff at Cooper University Hospital and the Regional Craniofacial Cleft Palate Team of Southern New Jersey. He has served on two editorial boards, Pediatric Dentistry, the scientific publication of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Journal of Dentistry for Children. Dr. McGann is a member of various dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Dental Society of Southern New Jersey, and the New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He has been awarded membership in the Pierre Fauchard Dental Honor Society, the International College of Dentists, and the American College of Dentists. Dr. McGann has been named one of the Top Dentists in South Jersey Magazine, as well as in New Jersey Magazine and PHILADELPHIA magazine multiple years in a row. He has also been recognized by Cooper Hospital as one of their Top Docs. Dr. McGann enjoys traveling; he has circumnavigated the world from Alaska to Antarctica. He hopes to make it to India and mainland China soon. Hes a proud Great Uncle to Madelyn and Jensen. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his cat Chessie.
Dr. Hans Hsu is a board certified pediatric dentist. He grew up in Vienna, Austria and Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Swarthmore College with a double major in Biology and Chinese language. Dr. Hsu attended the New York University College of Dentistry and was an avid participant in research. While in dental school, he received the AADR student research fellowship, ADEA Academic Dental Careers Fellowship, ADEA Preventive Dentistry Scholarship award, and was selected to join the OKU National Dental Honor Society. After graduating from NYU, he received his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, where he served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Hsu has always enjoyed being around children, and strives to provide the highest quality care and dental experience for every patient by staying current with the newest research about pediatric dentistry. He also believes strongly in volunteering his time to give back to the less fortunate, and has made multiple trips to Grenada and Mexico to provide dental care to children from under served and rural communities. In his spare time, Dr. Hsu enjoys singing, playing the piano, traveling, running, and snowboarding.

Very professional, knowledgable, timely and accommodating when necessary. Braces are never fun but the experience with Dr. Karlin and team was great and worthwhile. Perfect smile, just in time for high school. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this dental/orthodontics office! It's so reassuring when and YOU and your CHILDREN are greeted by name! All 3 of my daughters have been patients for years, and every visit they have left with a smile on their face! The entire office staff have is nothing short of AMAZING, HELPFUL, and ACCOMMODATING! They calmed the fears of my youngest(6) while treating my older two ( 15 yrs&19yrs) like young adults. Dr. Karlin, I can't thank you enough for giving my girls beautiful smiles!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! We see both Dr Hans for dental and Dr Karlin for orthodontics. The office is neat and clean, the front desk staff is always friendly, the hygenists, assistants, everyone! Both Dr Hans and Dr Karlin have excellent bedside manner. The staff and doctors are incredibly patient, especially with my one daughter who is a chatter box and belongs to the peanut gallery LOL she always has questions and comments and everyone is always kind and patient to answer them. thank you!

I took my grand-daughter to Gleam Dentistry for dental and orthodontic care. The experience was top notch from the front desk staff to the hygienists and the doctors. We were so impressed with the level of care and concern, that I felt I needed to share my experience. My grand-daughter's teeth and smile look fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend without any hesitation!

I was referred to Gleam from Marlton Dental for my 4 year old boy to fill a cavity and I booked the appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early because I anticipated paperwork that never came in the mail. After the 5 minutes of paperwork my son and I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. When they finally saw my son, there was some difficulty with placing the wings into my sons mouth (mostly because of my son being hesitant). After a few minutes the X-rays were taken. Then the dentist, Hans, came in and instructed to do more X-rays to see if there were other issues. My son was visibly upset having to do the X-rays again. Then the dentist came back in and shared of more potential cavities to be worked in the future, and that we had to come back another time to fill the one we made this appointment for because we have run out of time. I explained to him and the front office staff that I wouldn't be able to come in until a few weeks due to my husband going away for the military and the office does not allow for my other kids to come with me, and that I was concerned about my sons pain for a few weeks. They were not at all empathetic, offered no solutions to fix the problem, and suggested I just give him pain medicine. The whole appointment was poorly run with unnecessary steps and waiting time. I signed a X-ray release form on my way out so I can find somewhere else to go. I found an office the town over that took me the next day, and they called Gleam for me to send the pictures to them, however Gleam never sent the pictures so that we had to do the X-rays all over again for my son at the new office. The front office staff at Gleam needs to improve their customer service skills in all areas. This was an overall horrible experience for my family and I would not recommend Gleam to anyone in my network.

This office is amazing, simply put. I've been through my share of dentist offices and this was the first time I was treated with patience and empathy. After suffering through pain that I thought was normal for so long, the team at Gleam was finally (and efficiently) able to fix a problem tooth that had been haunting me for years. I can't say enough good things about this place. They treat the patients, and each other, like family. You can tell they are actually invested in you and your family's health. It's so refreshing, especially in these times to go to a facility that carries itself with pride. Thanks gleam!

Gleam dentistry is one of the best practices for dental hygiene. From the front office staff to the hygienists,to the dentist professionalism at the finest level. Both of my daughters go here and they have had a delightful visit each time. My youngest daughter just got her braces off and her teeth are great. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Our son had an underbite that was making his adult teeth loose, so we were referred to the orthodontist during a regular dentist visit. We were seen right away and there was a plan in place. Everyone my son saw was very personable and explained everything in detail so we understood was was going on. They also go to great lengths to keep everything sanitized and spaced out, including the waiting area. The process was quick painless, and within just less than a year, he has full correction! Well worth it, would highly recommend.

This is the best dentist office anybody with children should go to, I loved it before they moved and even more after they moved, they are an awesome office, great dentists, great employee's, every single person in this office is absolutely perfect and beautiful inside and out!!! My daughter's look forward to going here every single visit!!! I can not find the words to describe how wonderful this place is and the care they give! Im so so grateful to have found this place and for my children to get all the care they need from such great intelligent people! The Gleam Dentistry team is amazing. Very welcoming and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. The entire braces experience from start to finish was amazing and painless. My daughter is so excited to finally have her braces off....
