Never actually saw doctor. Took panoramic and didn't show me image. Wouldn't send image after several requests. Waste or time and money

There are absolutely no words to describe the amount of disappointment and let down my experience has been. It started 6/29/2021 with this appointment and how it was going to finally help me to live (literally). That was the last time I felt hopeful for my future. There is almost no communication here. After many unanswered calls and no return calls either, I finally stumbled upon an estimated that was made on 9/16/2021 and was shocked because I had no idea what was going on. So almost 3 months and I found and estimate, they didn't tell me, I found it and that's it. It is now 1/6/2022 and I have sent 4 email messages on 11/16/2021, 11/22/2021, 12/1/2021 and 12/9/2021, all have been read by them, with no response. Only started emailing when all of my phone messages had failed to get a call back. The last time I actually talked to someone was 11/1/2021, when I was told to call anytime to see what was going on with my case. So now I have nowhere else in this state that can help me and was told to fall out a Colorado MOST form and it carry it with me where ever I go from here on out. That its not good. That is why there are not words that can explain....

I had a very difficult case, Dr Glasgow not only fixed me, but checked up on me and made me feel well taken care of. He has a great bedside manner and led the team that took care of me. Also when i was worried I might have some complications a year later, he got me in right away to check on me.

I first met with Dr. Glasgow nine months ago. My surgery has been scheduled since then. Two months ago, I prepared for surgery in December, and was then told it wouldn't be until February. The last week of December, I was told my surgery would be on January 5th. After making arrangements with my school and employers, I was then told that my surgery would be postponed to January 22nd. I again had to make arrangements. Today, January 21st, I was told my surgery was being cancelled. This is unprofessionalism I have never seen before. My employers are upset with me, my teachers are upset with me. I now get to wait and make arrangements again for a later date. We'll see if they can actually stay true to their word this time.
