Dr. Skip Glander was born and raised on the Southside of Indianapolis and loves being a part of the Indianapolis and Greenwood community. When he is outside of the office, he is an avid sportsman, novice pickle ball player, and devoted husband to Colleen and father to their grown children Austin, Sarah, Jack and their dog Bennie (our Team Mascot!).
Dr. Brian Rochford was also born and raised on the Southside of Indianapolis in Greenwood. He fell in love with the mountains while living in Colorado for his Orthodontics residency, and loves all things outdoors including hiking and snow skiing. He is a self-proclaimed Yogi and can often be found singing Taylor Swift in the clinic. He is married to his college sweetheart, Tara, and they have two dogs, Bernie and Rooney. In April of 2020 they welcomed their first child, Marie Frances Rochford, and in September of 2021 they welcomed their second daughter, Claire Elaine Rochford.
Every day I take braces off of these patients who have completely transformed. I watch them walk out of this office with their big smiles, and I can see the confidence thats really going to carry them into whatever they want to do with their lives.

They were fast! They answered all my questions about billing, timeframe and what would work best for my teeth between Invisalign or the standard braces. They even gave options for billing so I didn't feel overwhelmed with the cost.

The atmosphere was really relaxed, the entire staff were really friendly and answered any questions I had. I had braces as a kid into teens, so I was apprehensive about going in, but honestly this was such a great and straightforward experience. I can't recommend this office enough~

My daughter started out at Glander with very low self esteem with her teeth and left there with the biggest most beautiful smile. Amazing group of staff who have never been less than amazing and welcoming to my daughter the two years we spent there. They also helped me as a single mother financially to make this journey for my daughter possible. Definitely recommend this place.

I visited this office today. Just from the friendliness of the receptionist and the ambiance of the waiting area, I can tell this will be a great experience. The visit was such a breeze and the staff took care of me so well! If you have any dental anxiety, Dr. Rochford and staff puts them at ease so quickly! They explain every step so well. Overall, great visit and so excited to get started on my journey to a perfect smile.

Now taking 4th child for a screening appointment. Our three other kids have gone here. The office staff is kind and Dr Rochford and Dr Glander are personable and listen to your concerns. They are wonderful!

Came in for consultation for Invisalign very pleasant experience!! Everyone were so nice and professional definitely treat their patients with amazing care! Also to add office is very nice and clean.

My wife and I went in for a consultation and (largely because this was the first Orthodontist office we visited) we had a lot of questions. For example, we wanted to know how easy it was to get morning appointments, the circumstances under which we would have to pay more than the contracted amount, the reasons why we might use one type of braces or retainers over another, and several questions about a new type of braces which Dr. Rochford had never fully treated a patient with, and he was proposing to use on my wife. Because the sales employee was unable to answer most of these questions, Dr. Rochford talked to us and assured us that he would take care of my wife. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and we left there impressed with the presentation. A few days later he had an employee tell my wife that he didn't want to work with us and even though my wife was crying and pleading with her on the phone, he wouldn't even talk to her. She made it clear that my wife's rejection had nothing to do with her teeth and everything to do with me asking too many questions. I assume that all of my kids are banned for life as well because I asked too many questions. I don't know if Dr. Rochford knew that he couldn't deliver on the promises that he made us or that he has a bit of an ego challenge, but he really put a damper on our holiday after seeming to be so kind when we met in person. We are extremely limited in our options because very few offices take our insurance, so this was truly devastating. I hope that he comes around or that my wife can at least talk to him about it.

I went to see Dr. Rochford for a consultation and had a list of questions so that I knew I was making the right decision to be treated there. I asked my questions, Dr. Rochford answered them well and made me confident that my teeth would be better again. I am very concerned that it is done right because I have had braces before and my teeth shifted even as I wore my retainer every day. As good as I felt when I left his office, I felt really small and worst than ever when he had an employee tell me that he did not want to treat me strictly because I asked too many questions. Seems pretty cold when we live in a society where we unfortunately draw our self esteem from the way we look. I know that Dr. Rochford is young, but I am sure that he has enough experience to know the impact that he can have on people's self-esteem. I hope he reconsiders because my options are extremely limited with our insurance plan.
