'This is one of the best if not THE best Orthodontist office I have been to. Staff is super friendly and clean. The orthodontists are also super friendly and explain the plans for the teeth well. They have a Starbucks inside and its free, the donations for the Starbucks go to a local charity or organization who needs it. I think that is my favorite part, not only are they helping my kids have better smiles but they care so much they give back to the local community as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist any day. They are great!!'

I received my bachelors degree in Business Management fromNorth Carolina State University(Go Pack!) and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
I am a member of theOmicron Kappa UpsilonDental Honor Society, and have received numerous honors and awards. My orthodontic training was completed in Richmond, Virginia, at theVCU/MCVcampus, where I received a Master of Science in Dentistry. After several years in Richmond, I am excited to call North Carolina home again.
I am truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community. I never refrain from telling others that Raleigh, North Carolina is home. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is always such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients lives. We used Gladwell orthodontics on a recommendation from a few people but had a really poor experience. There is no continuity of care. You see a different Orthodontist every time you go. So each appointment I would ask them about the plan and was given a new plan because each Dr had a different plan. This made the process much longer than expected and much more frustrating. At one appointment I asked them why we weren't done since it had been twice our estimated completion time and I was told I was wrong. So I asked them to look at the dates in the chart to see when we got the braces on and what todays date was and again was told I was wrong until I corrected the Dr on the math and then they seemed embarrassed and unsure why it was taking so long. But it didn't matter because we never saw that Dr again. After braces were removed we were given retainers. My child lost 4 teeth within 2 weeks and the retainer didn't fit so I called and told the receptionist that and was told they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. When we went in 3 weeks later we were told we should have told receptionist that retainer didn't fit because they would have gotten us in sooner. When I told Dr I did tell receptionist retainer didn't fit I was told I needed to be more assertive about getting in sooner because now they had to redo her molds and retainers which would be $500. Obviously they did not apologize or offer a discount because Gladwell is all about marketing and money and not patients or care. Needless to say we have our $500 retainers and when my 2 kids need braces once their adult teeth come in we will be going anywhere but here.

I'm so happy with my Invisalign treatment at Gladwell Orthodontics! Emily was my treatment coordinator and so knowledgeable. The whole staff and every doctor I've met have been wonderful to work with!

Every part of my visit was amazing! From start to finish was memorable!! Emily was our treatment coordinator who we connected with the most! She answered all of my questions (which was a lot) and even answers all my kids questions - like do they get Starbucks every at every visit!? ;) This place is excellent and we are already excited about our next appointment!

We have been going to GO for over 6 years now (2 kids). I needed help getting retainers for one of my kids and Shane went above and beyond to help me with my problem. True professional and so nice!!!! We love the drs here but the rest of the staff (especially Shane!) are incredible!

This place is the puppy mill of orthodontics. Don't be fooled by the fancy lobby or Starbucks cafe. Every appointment had an issue. Need help because a part breaks, needs fixed or just isn't right...good luck. My advice stay away.
