'This is one of the best if not THE best Orthodontist office I have been to. Staff is super friendly and clean. The orthodontists are also super friendly and explain the plans for the teeth well. They have a Starbucks inside and its free, the donations for the Starbucks go to a local charity or organization who needs it. I think that is my favorite part, not only are they helping my kids have better smiles but they care so much they give back to the local community as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist any day. They are great!!'

I received my bachelors degree in Business Management fromNorth Carolina State University(Go Pack!) and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
I am a member of theOmicron Kappa UpsilonDental Honor Society, and have received numerous honors and awards. My orthodontic training was completed in Richmond, Virginia, at theVCU/MCVcampus, where I received a Master of Science in Dentistry. After several years in Richmond, I am excited to call North Carolina home again.
I am truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community. I never refrain from telling others that Raleigh, North Carolina is home. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is always such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients lives. Olivia was extremely friendly and helpful! I went in for a consultation and had signed a contract for Invisalign, but unfortunately had extenuating circumstances (significant auto accident) in my personal life and needed to terminate it without being charged. She was super understanding and helped me to get it taken care of that same day. My experience at the consult was also amazing; the staff is very friendly and professional and I felt well taken care of. Thank you!

I would like to thank Gladwell Orthodontics for their exceptional customer service provided on August 31, 2022. I experienced a dental emergency over the previous weekend due my Hawley upper retainer breaking. I placed a call to the Wake Forest location for an appointment to replace the retainer; however, there were no openings available. But the representative was knowledgeable and eager to verify if they had openings at the Leesville office. She was able to schedule me within 45 minutes of the appointment. The representative set my expectations concerning cost benefits and delivery. Upon presenting to the office, I was met with smiling and welcoming staff. They got me checked in, MD examined, and requested for STAT retainers to prevent my teeth from shifting. So, I will be picking up my new retainers on September 1st. I am elated that they understood the task and the importance of providing friendly and professional customer service. I will be forever thankful for them understanding how important this was to me and the act of urgency to get me new retainers. You all definitely made my day.
