Dr. Dale completed his undergraduate studies at William Jewell College and received his dental degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. He started in private practice in 1987.

Staying on top of the latest in dental techniques and technology is extremely important to Dr. Dale and he consistently attends advanced dental courses. He has taken advanced courses in Lumineers, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine as well as numerous courses on a variety of cosmetic dental techniques.

Memberships in professional dental organizations allows Dr. Dale to interact with friends and colleagues on dental issues as well as new dental techniques and technologies. Dr. Dale has been a member in good standing in the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association and the Greater Kansas City Dental Society since he began practicing. He is also a member of the Clay Platte Dental Society.

Dr. Platt completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University and then went on to receive his dental degree at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He then completed his general practice residency with the United States Navy.

In order to provide his patients with the latest in dental techniques and technology, Dr. Platt participates in numerous advanced dental courses on a continuous basis. He has completed the Lumineers smile design course, Invisalign certification courses, multiple courses on implant restoration, as well as numerous courses in other dental disciplines.

Memberships in professional organizations allow Dr. Platt the opportunity to network with other leaders in the dental field. He is a member in good standing with the following professional dental organizations:

Dr. Platt and his wife Betty Jo have two children. Dr. Platt enjoys the time he gets to spend with his family, including coaching his sons football and baseball teams. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and golfing.

Justina received her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Ivy Tech Community College in South Bend, Indiana. Before joining Gladstone Family Dental in 2017 she worked in a pediatric dental practice in Indiana and a cosmetic/general dental practice in Georgia.

Jennifer worked in the dental field for nine years before joining the Gladstone dental assistants team in early 2018. She is a graduate of Central Missouri State University. Jennifer assists the doctors with procedures and takes patient x-rays.
