Dr. Eric Gladden was born and raised in Savannah, GA. He attended Armstrong State College for two years prior to being accepted into the University Of Georgia College Of Pharmacy. Following completion of his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Pharmacy degrees at the University of Georgia, Dr. Gladden completed a 1-year postdoctoral residency in nutritional support in Winter Park, FL. After practicing as a pharmacist for five years, Dr. Gladden attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry where he completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry Degree in 2002.
During his collegiate academic career, Dr. Gladden was recognized for many achievements. While in Pharmacy school, he was inducted into the Rho Chi honor society, which is reserved for the top 5% of pharmacy students. Dr. Gladden also received the Dean Waters award for student leadership and was an active member of the American Student Pharmacist Association. He was a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity and served as President of this organization his senior year. During his time in dental school, Dr. Gladden as a participant in the Senior Honors Clinic reserved for the top 5% of students in his dental class. In addition to receiving recognition from the oral medicine faculty for his outstanding achievements in this department, Dr. Gladden was also honored by the practice management faculty as being the outstanding student in his class.
Dr. Gladden has continued his passion for education and leadership into his dental career. He attends numerous continuing education courses throughout the year to advance his dental training at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL as well as the Spear Institute in Scottsdale AZ. Dr. Gladden is a past president of the Savannah Dental Society, a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Gladden serves as the Assistant Clinical Director for the Savannah Volunteer Dental Clinic. As an adjunct professor for the School of Dentistry of Augusta University (formerly The Medical College of Georgia), Dr. Gladden enjoys sharing his knowledge with future dentists in both the clinical and volunteer setting.
Dr. Gladden met his wife Anne while she was completing her pharmacy degree at the University of Georgia. They feel very fortunate to make their home in Savannah with their 2 children, Will and Megan & their Boykin Spaniel, Grace. When away from the office, Dr. Gladden enjoys spending time with his family and sharing his love of the water, especially recreational coastal activities including boating, fishing and sailing.

Such a great practice! The office staff, hygienist (Emily), and Dr. Gladden himself have been nothing but amazing. They treat you like family. In this day and age, it is hard to find a practice like this. I was referred here from a coworker when I moved here 6 years ago. I cannot imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

Gladden is a professional environment that is also friendly! I was recommended to come here by a dental professional in the area that works at another office. I have been a patient for years. They also do well with children.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants common courtesy. Of course if your honest with your review and they don't like it they will take it down. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that has respectable people.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Gladden for at least the past 5 years! The staff is warm and welcoming and Dr Gladden is the most professional and honest Dentist in Savannah!!!!!! In short we can't say enough about how GREAT this office is!!!!

Every member of Dr. Gladden's staff is pleasant and professional from check-in to check-out. Dr. Gladden worked out a comprehensive treatment for my teeth, and he has stayed on track. Dr. Gladden lets you feel involved by explaining each step along the way and ensuring you are comfortable during all procedures. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

My partner and I just returned from a well earned vacation only to find a bill from Dr gladden's office saying that we were a no show on 5/11. We are senior citizens and we are disbelief over this atrocious business manner of Dr Gladden's office. We never confirmed this appointment set up by this company SIX MONTHS AGO!!! We didn't even know if we would be alive in 6 months. My next step is filing a BETTER BUSINESS REPORT against this company. I have left a detailed scathing message for his office to return my call ASAP. Also, we have found that he charges nearly twice the price as other dentists in town. Never will we return to this dentist.

I also have a problem with Dr Gladden's office's billing practices. I was recently charged $40 for an arbitrary no show fee for a tentative date given to me six months ago. I received NO texts, emails or calls to confirm such appointment. I will be perusing this with the Better Business Bureau.

Ive been seeing Dr.Gladden for several years. I had many no shows over the years, due to the nature of my job. I received a letter telling me I can no longer be a patient. I gladly called to pay no show fees. I truly understand, but thought I'd ask for another chance . Instead of just saying that they couldn't, the receptionists started berating me , telling me in an angry tone that I had no respect for the practice and kept going on . That wasn't necessary. I hope she got a kick out of making me feel bad.

They were all very nice and accommodating! As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in a while I was filled with anxiety, but they quickly made me feel at ease.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist is excellent and takes care not to hurt you when cleaning. The doctor is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable. I am so glad to be a patient with this dentist.
