My experience was great especially the front desk lady. She was awesome in making me comfortable. The doctor with the hearing aid. Beside No good but the staff was really nice.

I've read a few negative comments way before I ever went to them and let me tell u something, they treated me with a great deal of respect and the secretarys and staff were very helpful at explaining everything to me, all my questions were answered propaly, now for dr.lia, he is a very kind and gentle soul, he's funny so we were just conversating about life and my teeth problem, growing up in the Bronx I get hit in the mouth alot so the majority of my teeth were cracked and what Montefiore was taking forever to repair, dr.lia did in one shot, medicaide approved all work,I'm still with dr.lia today for it is only my second visit, but I will continue going for as long as he would have me I'm a single dad with 6 kids, and about to make appointments for all of them, those negative comments are from people who go there with attitudes first thing in the morning, I've seened it myself, u can't always have ur way, it's clean, the staff is great, and my mouth is ....I'm mr.doviw, and I approve this message...2022

They will destroy your teeth one fake root canal at a time until you have dentures. The are terrible people and worst of all is the guy with the hearing aids. They should stop hurting people!!! Find a place that honest,skilled dentists not butchers!!! Their no good!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a lover of dentist. I have had several bad experiences appearances, but from the 1st day that I walked in to Glad Dental My perception has changed. The staff is warm and caring.They work with my very hectic work schedule and all always accommodating.The work that I had done on my teeth Was not a easy job I had a root canal and Crown placement . With no pain I did not feel a thing He was excellent .And usually when you go to a dental office you are anticipating how painful it is going to be, the only pain that I felt was the initial numbing medication other than that I kid you not I felt nothing. The Is Doctor is a kind, witty and very professional He takes his time Explains the procedure and reassures you that everything It will be OK. I would recommend anyone to go to glad dental you would not regret your experience And love the job that gets done.

They neverrrrrrr pick up the phone I've been calling for about two weeks and each time it rings and no one answers or the phone is off the hook! And I've even tried going in person and the receptionist wasn't there .

Hello so this place is terrible. Every time I called the receptionist never picked up. So I decided to go in person to make an appointment and she tells me they don't accept my insurance anymore. So I asked her why she didn't inform me. You want to know what she told me ? She said "because then I would have to call thousands of our patients and tell them the same thing" with a slight attitude. First of all as a receptionist that is your job to let the client know when anything happens. Very unprofessional place!!!! They also have cheap equipment.

They were very nice and professional on my first visit I got a deep cleaning and two tooth pulled out. It didn't hurt I wasn't swollen. My co pay was extremely affordable.I was very surprised. Definitely found my dentist.
