I had a dental cleaning with Dental Hygienist Brian Rudolph and he not only did a painstakingly extensive cleaning for me but he wore a bright smile while doing so. Highly recommend that you book with him if you can help it.

Do not recommend I rescheduled my appointment and got charger $56 dollars. I told them I called and they were saying nobody changed it and still made me pay $56. Awful place I do not recommend.

Went in for a cleaning yesterday and I was very happy with how the visit went. The Hygenist, Janelle, was personable and made the visit as comfortable as possible. Normally I hate going to the dentist but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable so I will definitely be going back to them for future dental care.

I have gone here in the past and absolutely loved all the dentists and assistants I experienced. I changed insurances last year and have not been back so I called to try and set up an appointment with my new insurance and the receptionist was absolutely terrible. She was so rude and no help at all, even after I called back after figuring out the correct information. She was short and snippy and ended up hanging up on me after I asked her to simply answer yes or no. Would have loved to go back, but most definitely will not when you have people treating your customers like that.

I'm sharing my experience to help others avoid a costly mess. This dentist doesn't make your teeth or care a top priority and aren't very professional with the way they handle things. In September I went in because my teeth were shifting while I was pregnant. They took an x ray and said I have a very small and minor cavity. I was shocked because I hadn't felt pain in that tooth. We scheduled to get it filled - big mistake. During the filling he slipped and dropped a tool in my mouth - luckily it had hit a back tooth and didn't hit the back of my throat. Immediately after the filling I had a lot of tooth pain but they insisted on a few days for my tooth to adjust. After a few days I went in and the dentist insisted it was my bite. It didn't improve. So I went in about three times and they kept adjusting my bite. I was tired of going in so I just stopped chewing on that side of the mouth because they had no resolution and kept saying it was strange my tooth was acting like it had a crack in it. I had a cleaning scheduled early May and told them that I still had the same tooth pain. This time the dentist shaved down teeth that didn't even touch the tooth that hurt! My actual tooth, not the filling! He insisted it would help with the pain. so weird because I had never had it before without my bite needing to be adjusted. I still had tooth pain after so they suggested taking the filling out and redoing it. That happened last week and now my tooth is in MORE pain. I called them to let them know and they told me that at this point a crown would probably be needed but I can seek a second opinion. They told me that I would be financially responsible for the crown which is $500 after insurance. I told them that I didn't think I should be since I never had the pain prior to dr. Heap doing the filling. The receptions said "that's life, sometimes you have to pay medical bills." I agree with paying medical bills but I don't agree with this situation as I feel it was dr. Heaps fault for the tooth pain. They then said "it's a risk you take when you get a filling." Had they warned me about the risk prior to the filling, I would have left it alone since I had 0 pain in it. It is so sad the way they handled this situation especially to military family members. I highly discourage anyone to use this dentist for any dental needs.

Could not recommend this dental clinic enough! Absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, had everything ready for me when I was finished with my cleaning and gave me a price for a future procedure before asking! Had all my appointment cards and estimate ready for me before even walking into the waiting room at the reception desk. Will be using this dental clinic for our whole family!

I've a several great experiences (me & my kids included) at Glacier Family Dental, one being the recent work I had done. As a child, the dentist was always a negative/anxiety ridden time for me. Dr. Heap and his staff were patient and walked me through everything which helped in setting my mind at ease. That means so much! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I already have!

Dr Heap and Brian were so great with my little kids who were nervous about going to the dentist! Made the experience very exciting and they're already looking forward to their next checkup! Great dentist for kids.

This was one of my most pleasant experiences in a dental office. I was treated curtiously and had all my questions answered. I was NOT kept waiting in the waiting room endlessly which was much appreciated. Very professional all around.

Excellent dentist and staff. Most people dread going to the dentist. I do not mind it at all. If there is an emergency, they are quick to respond.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. The receptionist at the front counter had a major attitude. We had an appointment scheduled for my son at 1230.and we were told to show up at 1215 for new patient paperwork. We got there and they were closed for lunch. They don't open until 1230 from lunch, which logically tells me you probably shouldn't schedule any appointments until 1245 then. We were never told to bring x rays from our last dentist office so we sat there for 30 minutes and they refused to see my son. The girl at the front counter was rude and argumentative. She wouldn't even look at patients or people she was talking too. You should probably tell people on the phone what they need to bring to their appointment so they know. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially military. The rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I have ever dealt with.
