I've come here on and off again since I was a kid but I would say yesterday was the worst appointment I've ever had. The dentist it's self was fine, it was the dental assistant I had an issue with. When they were trying to put in a filling, the girl put a bunch of cotton in my mouth and was pushing down on my tongue to the point where I was almost gagging. When it came to the cleaning, she was rough when she was flossing my teeth at the end. I have permanent metal wires on the top and bottom of my teeth from when I had braces and it can be tricky to floss. She used this little plastic loop thing to get the floss through my teeth. It was obvious that it didn't want to go through but she continued trying. She jammed it through my bottom teeth and it was uncalled for how rough she was being. It was uncomfortable. A couple hours after my appointment, a bottom tooth is sensitive to air. The nerve is making my jaw ache. I never write reviews but this was the most unpleasant experience.

Dr. James and staff were fantastic!!! J.R. the assistant was so welcoming and friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Seekia the tech was so caring and delicate while cleaning. Christel at the front desk was beyond helpful during the checkin and checkout. 10/10 Absolutely recommend!

Glacier Dental never disappoints. I have been going there for years now for myself and my children. Care is always great. They are very good with children. Thank you Dr. Jung for being so gentle today while taking out my son 'a tooth!

I had a great experience with the staff of Glacier Dental. They're very nice and they gave me some laughing gas to help me with my nerves. Dr. Ong was super funny and he did a thorough job and kept making sure I was okay and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
