Dr. Heather Carpenter was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She moved back after completing dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She has completed additional training to administer Botox and filler treatments, which are great for both cosmetic purposes, as well as reducing grinding and minimizing TMJ issues. In addition to this she is an expert in Integrative 'airway focused' Orthodonitcs which focuses not only on straightening the teeth but creating long-term overall dental and whole body health.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, tending to her collection of indoor plants, cooking and baking, crafting and caligraphy, watching movies and bicycling with her husband. Dr. Carpenter is really passionate about giving back to the community and helping people feel very comfortable during their visit to the dental office.

Over the past 30 years, Dr. Kevin Ladesic has developed a reputation as one of the top dental providers in the Midwest. While he is a full-service general and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Ladesic is also passionate in the areas of neuromuscular dentistry and dental sleep medicine.

Among his many areas of continuing education, he has trained at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies regularly for over 20 years. Among his professional affiliations are American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Alyssa Perlick is from Northern Illinois and made the move to Wisconsin after attending Marquette University School of Dentistry. Her passion for dentistry started at a very young age after her experience of being a patient herself. She strives to give her patients that same positive experience now.

Dr. Perlicks mission is to provide comprehensive dental care to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Perlick continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow her to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used. She is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others learn.

Dr. Wyn Steckbauer is the founder of Glacier Dental, the first office of the RISE Dental Practices' brand. Dr. Steckbauer is committed to lifelong learning and has completed postgraduate training at the esteemed Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001.

With his advanced training in cosmetic, restorative, and laser dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, as well as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, Dr. Steckbauer is able to work with you on a wide variety of dental concerns, forming a partnership in achieving your optimal oral health. You may receive treatment from Dr. Steckbauer exclusively for wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants or advanced periodontal treatment (LANAP).

Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Steckbauer enjoys spending time with his three children and caring for his hobby farm. His other hobbies include running, fishing, riding horses and a variety of sports. You may also find Dr. Steckbauer at one of our other offices serving patients throughout Wisconsin.

Hillary is one of our Patient Coordinators. She enjoys helping our patients find a way to get the care they deserve while also accommodating their schedules to ensure its convenient. She has 10+ years of patient care experience and truly loves finding a way to brighten the days of those around her.

When not working she likes to cook, read, and stay active both personally and through being a personal trainer through her Beach Body business. Her favorite things to do outdoors are hiking and kayaking. Fun fact about Hillary, she is a huge animal lover and has 3 fur-babies of her own!

Alicia is our Front Office Lead and Patient Coordinator. She assists in scheduling your visits and handling your billing questions while making the process easy and understandable for you and your family.

Amber is one of our amazing Dental Assistants. Making sure you feel listened to and being able to help you achieve your smile goals are her top priority. Amber will fully explain the process of your treatment and any aftercare steps that you may need to know.

Amanda is our office Clinic Administrator and one of our amazing Dental Hygienists. She graduated from FVTC with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene and received a B.A. from Lakeland College in Specialized Administration in 2009. Amanda serves as President of the Wisconsin National Hygiene Association 2020-2021.

Amanda, a practicing Myofunctional Therapist, is constantly continuing her education to give our patients the best care they deserve. Myofunctional Therapy uses physical therapy of the oral cavity to improve bite, breathing and facial posture.

When she is not at work Ali loves to cook and spend time with her boyfriend and their puppy, along with her friends and family. Being from the northwoods she loves being outside, especially on the water. Ali longs to travel all over the world and if she says if she could go anywhere right now, it would be the Mediterranean.

Julia is our Clinical Lead and Treatment Coordinator who provides the Glacier Dental team and our patients with many years of experience and knowledge. Graduating from Fox Valley Tech in 2013, Julia had the opportunity to work within many specialties within the field which adds to her diverse dental industry skill set.

Making sure you feel listened to and being able to help you achieve your smile goals are her top priority. Julia will fully explain the process of your treatment and any aftercare steps that you may need to know.Her full of energy spirit is sure to brighten your day.

Jennifer is one of our experienced Dental Hygienists. Jennifer graduated in 2001 with her dental hygiene degree from MATC in Milwaukee. She has a passion for clinical excellence and it truly shows with the care she gives our patients. Jennifer is gentle and has a passion for educating patients throughout their dental journey.

Ashley is one of our talented Dental Assistants. She has a natural ability to make you feel like youve known each other forever and listens to be sure your needs are met during your visit. The empathy Ashley has for those she cares for is very unique.

Amber aka Frankie is one of our highly trained Dental Assistants. She uses her knowledge and over 10 years of experience as a Dental Assistant to help our patients feel more at ease throughout their dental care.

Frankie's passion truly shows in the way she cares for each patient as if they were her own family member. You will often see her sharpening her skill sets outside of her time spent chair-side with patients.

On her off time, she enjoys time with her husband, hanging out with her close family and friends, watching an entertaining movie or show, or you may even catch her on Main Street in Oshkosh supporting the local shops and restaurants.

Hayley is one of our top-notch Dental Hygienists! Hayley was born and raised in Neenah and has a true love for the Fox Valley. She graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in May 2018 with her associates degree in Dental Hygiene and received her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in WI.

Dental Hygiene is Hayleys true passion, as she has known she wanted to work with teeth since 1st grade. Her favorite part of the job is seeing her patients gain the confidence to smile. She prides herself on individualized patient care and bringing a fun attitude to the dental office.

Pam prides herself in continual growth through attending continued education courses, learning alongside others and integrating the latest research and technology into the practice. She feels truly blessed that she gets to come to work every day and make a difference in the lives of her coworkers and the community that surrounds her. Outside of the office youll find her spending time with her family and friends, cooking, simply being outdoors and traveling up to Door County as often as possible.

Fran's passion lies in providing a great patient experience throughout each and every visit while ensuring your comfortable, cared for, and all of your questions are answered. Additionally, Fran is bi-lingual speaking both English and Spanish which allows us to better serve our patients in need.

Her favorite part of her job is getting to know her patients on a personal level. She values taking the time to help educate you on proper home care techniques to ensure great results at future visits.
