Dr. Song and the staff was excellent! He listened to my concerns and took the time to address them. Everyone made me feel comfortable! Highly recommend them, especially if you're like me who is very nervous going to the dentist.

Jaesoon got me checked in while verifying my insurance and got me seen same day with no appointment. Easy documents! Brandon asked me to remove my dimple piercings for an X-ray and when I told him I couldn't, he reassured me it was fine. I loved that I didn't need to take them out! Very nice of Brandon. Don't get me started on Dr. James, he was so kind, knowledgeable and courteous. He was not too rough at all. He recommend lots of options but never forces you to make a decision. I love his honesty as well. I've gone to one dental clinic called BTY Dental and it was a disaster. Glacier is the best dental clinic I personally have gone to. I highly recommend. Please do not go to BTY Dental, instead please come here because you won't regret it. All 3 gentlemen worked on my teeth today and I've never been happier about my teeth until today. Thank you Dr. James, jaesoon, and Brandon.

TI felt this Dentist was very attentive, she listened to my problem and was concerned as to my condition, not too quick to extract, prescribing me antibiotics first. I would visit this facility in the future if I need to.

The team at Glacier dental made the whole process very easy for me. I will definitely be back. They contacted my insurance to clarify everything before starting unlike other dental places that would be vague about what insurance they accept. I just went in for a cleaning/checkup but I'm looking forward to getting Invisalign with them later this year.

Jaesoon you rock my guy. Seems like you were the only one there in the beginning by yourself taking x-rays helping me fill out my paper work setting up and helping the next person that came through the door. Your an all star employee. I applaud you for that. Doctor Cha thanks for the advice and the work you did on me. To Cidy thanks for cleaning my teeth girl. So I gotta update my review because the reason I went in today is still happening.
