Dr. Giordano and his staff attend continuing education (CE) with great frequency. Dr. Giordano has more than 2000 hours of continuing education. More than 1000 hours of that are devoted to TMJ and Sleep Therapy. He is 1 of only 8 of the 13,000 NYS Dental Association members that have completed this impressive amount of CE. In fact, there are only 11 other members in the entire association that have completed more CE hours! Our entire staff regularly accrues CE to insure that our practice remains current with the state of the art technology. Our commitment to CE and to maintaining state of the art technology allows us to give patients the highest quality of dental care possible. Its a commitment that we take very seriously.
We understand how disconcerting and upsetting pain can be. With that in mind, we provide same-day emergency care for our patients. If you call our office after hours, there is always a phone number on our machine that allows you to reach the doctor. We will address and begin to resolve your pain immediately.
We understand that affording quality dental work can present a challenge for some people. We want to help you afford the quality dental care you deserve. We will help you choose a payment plan that best fits into your budget. Please do not ever hesitate to express your needs or concerns to our front desk administrators so they are able to help you in the best possible way.
As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all medical and dental insurance claims. In addition, we will follow through on all claims that we submit on your behalf until they are resolved.It is our job to be your insurance advocate and get you the maximum insurance reimbursement you are owed!
Louis M. Giordano, D.D.S. was raised in Endwell, New York and graduated from Maine-Endwell High School. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University at Buffalo in 1991. Upon graduation, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Buffalo General Hospital. Dr. Giordano entered into private practice in 1992. He currently resides in Endwell, New York with his wife and 5 children.
Dr. Giordano participates in approximately 100 hours of continuing dental education every year. This allows him to remain current on the latest techniques and procedures through extensive participation in continuing advanced dental courses, workshops, and seminars. Dr. Giordano earned his Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Buffalo, has taught technique and clinical skills, and published a paper on the restorative dental research.
Dr. Giordano is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, International Association for Orthodontics, New York State Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and Broome County Dental Society.

Shannon is an excellent assistant who is highly knowledgeable on TMJ and is very through. Dr G. is an excellent Dentist and is very thorough on explaining procedures too. Highly recoomment their office.

They seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Having said that, if you are coming here for TMJD treatment, unless you're one of the rare ones with insurance that actually covers it, you're going to be paying a lot and there's no working around it. I have both medical and dental. Neither will cover it. So, you're talking thousands of dollars out of pocket for all the x-rays, testing and treatment and multiple appointments you have to take off work for. Unfortunately, if you're like me, your TMJ disorder involves joint deterioration. So, you will be forced to make it work.

What a interesting visit-back in May. I can say it was the best I've probably ever had,because who ever talkes about the length of ones hair at a dental visit??? My hygienist was thorough and very forthcoming with needed information, as well as supplemental information that might benefit me. She was very friendly.
