I was a NEW patient to this facility, and I just got off the phone with Melissa at this office. This is the 2nd time I received a bill for dental services, after the procedures are done. This is very unprofessional, and they hold no accountability for ensuring that they are checking insurance rate coverages for billable and non-billable items. I was told pricing for services which I paid, and then told after the fact...the insurance wont cover it. I asked if I can get a discount as this was their ERROR, and she said NO. They should be doing their due diligence with eligibility coverages. I will not be going back, as I'm sure they've over charged many patients.

Excellent dentist! Everyone is so friendly, and Dr. Scoggins is so nice. They all make you feel so comfortable in any situation you might be experiencing with your teeth. The office is decorated very modernly, and everything is spotless.

I love coming to this place because they are like family thanks to Melissa. Everyone is very professional and will accommodate any needs you have. They even care for my daughter when she comes with me. They are just awesome! Thank you Scoggins Team

I went to Dr Scroggins for years. She left her office in Fontana and I had to go to a new dentist. The new dentist immediately found prolonged decay in two molars. I had to have oral surgery to remove a decayed tooth (in pieces). I paid over $300 out of pocket. Now the tooth below that one has decay under the crown that has been there for (what my new dentist says) some time. I will have to pay over $800 to have the crown replaced. I am very upset by this and would not recommend this dentist.
