The staff was very great really nice and sweet the doctors was even nice they did a real good job on my mouth besides they left teeth in when they pulled all my teeth out for my dentures and now they want to charge me to remove the chunks of to which I don't feel is fair already paid for them to be removed that is the only thing that I am unhappy with

Staff was super nice! I couldn't find my dental insurance and my medical insurance wasn't helping me figure it out either. But the staff took their time to help me figure out who my entreaty provider was. They did not have to go through that trouble but they did to help me. And u appreciate that! Great place

Dr. Larry Rapp had been my dentist for over the last five years. He has recently closed his personal office in Maryville IL and now has his office at Ginger Creek Dental. And his prices have increased considerably and his office and Maryville a extraction cost me $125 which included the numbing the extraction and the X-ray. The exact same procedures at Ginger Creek Dental performed by dr. Larry Rapp came to a total of $321. I really wish they would start accepting my insurance! I currently have to drive to Springfield Illinois and apparently that office is now closed so I'm stuck between a rotten tooth and a hard place and it sucks.

My experience here with them, I gotten my surgery today and the staff were very mean and just had attitudes with me and my mom.

I have been going to Dr. Wohlford for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth. He has a great chairside manner and his hygienists are terrific!

Easily the worst dentist office ever. They're always late. If you have an appointment at 8, dont expect to get in till 8:30-8:45. Also they're always canceling or changing appointments. I recieved a phone call Wednesday saying that they no longer do Friday appointments, that part is fine. What isn't fine is the young lady said they've known for months now and just now are getting around to calling people to let them know. My appointment was next Friday. Also the Hygenist's aren't gentle. Val was the only good one and shes retired now. Stay away from this place, they dont deserve anyone's business till they get better

On paper... this business seems great. My sister even recommended them. However, I've lost my confidence and trust. I went in to have my adult wisdom teeth removed. I have moderate anxiety with going to the dentist. This was explained to them a couple of times. During the consultation (during Covid) there were many people running around. Everyone was wearing masks but social distancing isn't completely possible in this setting. I really had no idea what to expect. The doctor came over for 3 mins and asked if I had any questions. I was expecting some sort of walk-thru. I got a hasty description of the process from a staff member (not the doc). One thing that bothered me was that there wasn't any discussion on the status of my teeth or gums, or if I even needed all 4 taken out. I wasn't told if I had any cavities or other problems. I wasn't asked, either. It was as if I ordered the surgery from a menu and that was that. After I reluctantly scheduled my surgery, they rescheduled me twice and misquoted my time of my 2nd reschedule. This should be avoided when someone has anxiety. Not to mention that they are also rescheduling the person that has to pick me up when its over. With Covid and anxiety, trust is critical on both counts regardless of how polite they are (very nice people). I'm just not confident, anymore. I cancelled.

They are amazing! I've never loved a whole dentist office. They go out of their way to make your experience as positive as possible. They are straight forward, explain everything, and follow up to make sure that you're OK. The VA referred me to them and I am grateful they did!

Ginger Creek Dental is a great dental office! They are all so nice, quick to respond, and caring. Each dental hygienist is nice and diligent. The office is always clean and they promote safe social distancing and COVID-19 protocols that make the customers feel safe. I highly suggest Ginger Creek Dental.
