Dr. Tanios solved our upper lip and tongue tie problem, and our 3 month old finally started gaining weight. She took plenty of time to answer our many questions before starting the procedure, and was available to answer follow-up questions in the weeks afterward. We are so pleased with her care and expertise, and would go back to her for any major work in the future!

I have been going to Dr. Tanios-Rafla for many many years and she and the staff are always warm and welcoming. Have great conversations while they work on perfecting my teeth and once you know it, they're done! I've also been able to utilize their laser dentistry. That technology is incredible and you don't feel a thing! I absolutely encourage you to try Dr. Tanios-Rafla if you're looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Tanios-Rafla is a professional who takes the time to explain all procedures and answer any questions. She is warm and welcoming and this is reflected in her staff. They make you feel right at home. Visiting the had become a positive experience for me.

I went to have a tooth extraction and the whole team was wonderful. The Doctor and her crew were kind, trustworthy, and made sure I was feeling alright the whole time. I will admit I have a fear of dentist and procedures like the one I had and they made sure I was as comfortable as I could be while the procedure was taking place. My biology might have an issue with the pain killer but for the most part It went better than I expected. Afterwards I was giving instructions on how to keep my wound clean and safe as it heals. At the moment I am on my third day and the wound is a little sore and swollen still but from what I was told that is to be expected. Thank you all for your patience with me and your hard work.

I'm writing as I am nursing Soyra without a nipple guard with zero pain, no chomping and as a result(from what I have observed the past few days) a satiated baby! She already has great neck control and is just overall happy (except when she wakes up hangry in the middle of the night ) Thank you so much for taking care of her. You're truly great at what you do!

Very happy with the service and expertise of Dr. Tanios and her staff. Front office staff was very accommodating and professional, was able to get an appointment within the week. Went for a tongue tie release for our son who was 5 weeks old. Procedure was done quick. Dr. Tanios clearly explained how to stretch post-release and provides support afterwards.

Dr Gina is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am confident to say she is an expert in her field. She is genuine and caring toward her patients. She explained what to expect and answered any questions I had. She provided support throughout my sons tongue and lip tie revision and was very readily available after the procedure. She made sure it was healing correctly post-op. Not only is Dr Gina fantastic but so is her staff! So glad I found her and choose her for my sons procedure.

Dr Tanios is simply the best. Very knowledgeable and takes her time to educate her patients. I went to her to evaluate my newborns tongue and lip ties. We were so impressed by her care that now our whole family goes there for all of our dental needs

Dr. Rafla is not only an excellent professional but a caring person too. She answers your concerns straight forward, no sugar costing, and I think that is important. She is concerned about your recovery and quickly responds when you reach out ti her if you have any concerns. I recommend her highly and I am thankful. My speech pathologist recommended her highly and I now know why..

We had such a great experience getting both of my newborn son's oral ties corrected. Dr. Tanios-Rafla was able to get us in right away, the same day we called. She has a great bedside manner, is very experienced and knowledgeable and the procedure was extremely quick. I love how they have a room to breastfeed immediately after. They also provided homeopathic drops to help with any pain. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff and Doctor. They make you feel at home. Pricey but the quality of the service and skill set of Dr Rafla is hard to find. She also did our daughters tongue tie procedure, this is how we first discovered her. My whole family, Mother, Husband, Myself and 8yr are old have switched to her.

Dr. Tanios-Rafla was amazing! We went to her because my daughter needed four ties revised at just over a week old (both cheeks, posterior tongue and upper lip). She was able to fit us in right away. She was informative about what needed to be done and why, gentle with my daughter, and supportive/understanding with me (a first time mom and hormonal, nervous wreck). We are now seeing a lactation consultant and both she and the pediatrician said what a nice job she did and commented about how nicely the revisions are healing. Definitely highly recommend her!

We were referred to Dr Tanios Rafla to correct our son's ties. She and her staff are extremely kind and were helpful throughout the whole entire process, from making the appointment to following up with us after the procedure. I was extremely nervous to let my infant son have this tie release procedure done, but the staff was extremely supportive and sensitive to my first time mommy fears. The whole thing took about 3 minutes and my son drank a bottle in my arms right after. The work that Dr. Tanios did was a success and my son is now eating so much better and thriving. I am so glad that I found this office and great team. If any mom is hesitating about getting a tie revision done for their child, please do not hesitate... Call Dr. Tanios' office!

I have never seen another dentist because she is the best! I started as a patient at two years old and now my husband and our children see her too. Dr. T. and the entire office staff is professional and trustworthy. Her equipment is always up to date with what is new in the medical field and her expertise is invaluable. Thank you Dr. Tanios!

Today, June 16, 2020 , I had an appointment with my dentist, Dr. Gina Rafla. I am amazed by how the office is taking great precautions after the COVID-19. A day before my appointment, one of the staff called me asking me questions if I had fever, or had contact with someone who tested positive to COVID-19, etc. Also, I received an email with instructions, including; when I arrive at the parking lot, I call the office to let me know when I should walk into the office. When I walked in, one of the staff took my temperature. The office staff are wearing surgical gowns, masks, face shield, gloves. The office smells very clean, sanitized very well. In addition, I received great dental service from the dentist, it was great. Two years ago, I wrote the following : When I first wet to Dr. Tanios-Rafla , she told me and explained to me things no other dentist had ever told me about them. She explained how to fix my teeth and she has started to do what she explained. For few visits so far I have seen really great improvements. I can't thank her enough for all what she has done. In addition, with the laser she has she treats a dark spots on my face. The type of laser she has is more advanced than the dermatologists have. My wife and I are very happy with the treatment we get. Thanks Dr. Gina.

My son was diagnosed with an upper lip and tongue tie by my wife's lactation consultant, Kristin. Kristin recommended a few doctors she knew in the area and after contacting Dr. Tanios-Rafla's office they were able to see us right away. The office staff explained all the financial obligations up front prior to our visit along with what the consultation/procedure visit would consist of. Dr. Tanios-Rafla was great with our son and the procedure took approximately 15 minutes to complete after the consultation and Dr. Tanios-Rafla wanted my wife to breastfeed immediately after the procedure to mitigate any bleeding and swelling. My wife and and I hope we don't have to do the procedure again, the maintenance exercises are the hardest part, but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Tanios-Rafla again.
