Dr. Gina Biedermann has a B.S. in Biology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She then began her journey into dentistry at Loyola University College of Dentistry and graduated with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School in Michigan.
Dr. Biedermann has practiced dentistry as an associate dentist in Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan. She later moved to Texas as her husband's career path required. Now that the Biedermann family has become permanent Texans, Dr. Biedermann decided this was the right time to open her own dental practice.
Dr. Biedermann has always been actively involved her community. She has served on the board of the moms of multiples organizations in both Illinois and Michigan. She has also served as a board member of the PTA 2009. Dr. Biedermann has also helped instruct children in karate at her karate school.
Dr. Biedermann met her husband in Milwaukee, Wisconsin while they were both at Marquette University. They have been married since 1992. Dr. Biedermann and her husband Mike have three beautiful children; Amanda, Sara, and Jack.
Dr. Biedermann and her family reside in Keller. She and her family are very active in karate. She loves to spend time with her family at her children's Lacrosse games. She also loves to bake and cook for family and friends.

Have been looking for a new Dentist. So happy I found Dr. Gina Biedermann. Super clean office. The Dr. made sure I understood treatment options, and the staff is really kind and caring.

I have always had reservations about going to any dentist. It's absolutely the last thing in the world I want to do. I'd rather be audited. But from the first time I visited Dr Biederman and her staff made me feelat easy. I love her up front, easy going demeanor. Her staff is much the same. The entire office has a calming effect. It's a pleasure even when you get unwanted news. Lolol recently had my teeth painlessly cleaned. I have been to other dentist in the Keller area in the last 37 years. All male. Never had a great experience. Generally tolerable at best. I think I've finally found a permanent dentist. I'm proud to say!

Poor Workmanship, (2) defective crowns, that has to be replaced by another Dentist. Besides that, their recordkeeping is a disaster, the keep sending me statements indicating that an amount is owed from 4 years ago, my account was paid in full, and dental records released to my new dentist. Stay away from this Establishment! Unethical personnel from Dentist to Staff!

I really enjoyed my first experience with Dr. Biedermann and her team! They were very thorough with explaining what they were doing and why and made sure to take care of what I was concerned about in regards to my cleaning. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I will not be returning to this practice with a doctor who's arrogance lacks credibility. During my procedure my front tooth was damaged. The assistant hit it with her mirror and the doctor hit it with her drill. I called the next morning to make them aware. Their office was closed that evening following my procedure this was the quickest turn around time that fit my schedule. I waited a total of four weeks to get back in to have it fixed. I will not go into the detail and time that was wasted the second visit and the attitude and excuses I endured from Dr. Biedermann. On my third visit (4 wks later) she tried to claim the chip was already there. Her attitude and aggressive behavior was not something I was going to tolerate. If you make a mistake, take ownership and correct it. Do not blame the patient. That's bad business practices. Also, if someone asks for a procedure to be done a certain way, do not argue with them. It was done that way for a reason whether you agree with it or not. I also had to wait past my scheduled appointment times sometimes up-to 20 minutes. This is poor time management. I too have a schedule to keep. I suggest not speaking to your patients with such disrespect when they do not agree with your views. Updated: November 17th 2021, went in for a dental cleaning only. The hygienist was too fast and got the Cavitron stuck between my two front teeth causing them to bleed. After my quick cleaning appointment I asked the receptionist for my records from that appointment. She informed me she was too busy to get them for me. There was no one in the office at the time. I have since asked for them 4 more times. It is almost the end of the year and I have decided to take my dental care to another office. I have restorative work that needs to be done and I do not feel comfortable seeing Gina Bierdermann or her staff. I was told by Biedermann that this restorative work needs to be done soon. Unfortunately her office staff has still not provided me with one days worth of records and X-rays. I physically went into the office to retrieve them and Gina yelled at me in her front office telling me I would not be receiving them for two weeks. I explained I only asked for November 17th records and this takes a matter of five minutes. I will be seeking my restorative work through another office and need to schedule as soon as possible. Gina again, proceeded to yell at me stating "two weeks" and then finished with, "we are done here," before she walked away. Gina's aggressiveness and hatred towards me has been completely unprofessional. I have reported her behavior to the Texas Dental Association and The American Dental Association. You do NOT under any circumstances talk to people in such a manner, or delay a patients treatment. It is a doctors oath of ethics to make sure patients are treated with appropriate care in a timely fashion. UPDATE August 2022.. I was notified via statement that I had an outstanding balance. This statement was mailed directly to me (no forwarding address) even though I had relocated out of state. I reached out to clarify why I was receiving a statement and what it was for (nothing listed but 90 days past due). I got in touch with Jamie who has taken over the billing for Biedermann and she informed me "many" statements have gone out and this is for a follow up visit to tooth pain I had on a filling that was done by Bidermann. This follow up visit for tooth pain was on August 2 2021. It has been a full year and all of a sudden I'm receiving a suspicious bill. In my previous review ..after countless weeks of waiting for my records I was emailed them. There was never a mention of a bill or outstanding balance. My appointment was in August 2021 and I was emailed my records December 8 2021 there was plenty of time for the office to know there was a bill and to notify me of those charges...why wasn't this done?

Absolutely disgusted with this practice and the unprofessional manner of Dr. Biederman. I will not go into detail about my appointment, but she made a 16-year-old leave crying and not due to pain. She is known for never being able to keep her staff and that should say something about how she handles this Business.

Dr Biedermann is one of the best dentists I've had the pleasure of working with. I trust her with the best decision options for my dental health. She is patient and thorough. She is passionate about her profession. Her work ethic is exemplary. She has a team of highly trained assistants and together they get the job done. I would highly recommend her for all your dental needs. My rating is 4.50 stars which is equivalent to 5.0!

I love Dr Gina Biederman. She always takes the time to explain everything to me. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I trust her completely. I have been with her a couple years now. She has a wonderful team too. I am always impressed.
