The staff and dentist are amazing. I was in quite a bit of pain with a crown that needed replacing and left with no pain. They were quick to take me in and quick to get my permanent crown on as well. Can't say enough of this dentist office.

I've been going here for a few years and have had two root canals done. The staff is awesome and the Dr. Is super awesome and they are all very professional. I will continue to go there for my dental needs.

Went to Gilroy Plaza Dental today for the first time. I had to choose a new dentist very happy with my decision a very clean and friendly office every one is helpful the dentist is great and gentle and caring love the staff too so happy I picked this office. Again a great experience I even refered my friend for invisaligns which I have had since November the dentist is so very sweet and the staff are just as wonderful definitely a keeper. My son had a bad experience with his dentist I sent him to mine Gilroy plaza dental and he was so happy he thought she was awesome same with staff she is absolutely best dentist Im so happy I found her I got invisaligns and couldn't be happier almost done a few more weeks and they worked so great easy to wear better than braces which I had over 30 years ago. Absolutely love the dentist and her staff. I have sent a friend to her and my son and his wife, my husband also everyone feels the same about this office caring compassionate employees always make you feel special I will keep sending anyone and everyone to this wonderful dentist office. Always a pleasure to go the dentist to the staff are welcoming and always friendly I love the dentist she is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had got my teeth cleaned and the feel great have more work to do. There never pushy to they leave it up to you the patient what we can afford each month love them. Again had an appointment today at Gilroy plaza dental got 2 cavities didn't wait long at all they were done fast and they feel great thank you again.

No one likes going to the dentist, but it easier knowing the office is clean and the workers are so very nice. Made me feel safe going at a Covid-19 time. Doctor Purewal is sweet and very patient and I'm happy with the work. I would recommend.

The doctor, hygienists, reception staff are always so kind. They always remember me and make me feel very comfortable. I always feel like a very thorough job is done and that my teeth and oral health are well monitored. My whole family are happy being seen here and we would recommend!

Visited Dr. Purewal's office for the first time from a recommendation- and I was so so impressed! The staff's friendliness and service made me feel cared for and appreciated. Dr. Purewal herself is a fantastic dentist and even better person; she's sweet, caring, and really cares about her patients' well-being and comfort. I will make the drive to Gilroy from San Jose for a comfortable visit any day.

Stay away from this scammer dentist. The dentist (Purewal) does not care about her patients. In fact, she does not care about her staff. All she cares about is $$$$. This is the most immoral professional I have ever met. I believe all insurance companies needs to know about her malpractices and schemes to siphon money from both the insurance companies and patients. *******UPDATE******* The response of the business owner below clearly exemplifies the unprofessional nature highlighted in this review. After several appointments and confusion with copays and insurance coverage, I was determined to find out my copay prior to my appointment. I spent hours on the phone with the insurance company and this office to finally come to a conclusion and agreed upon copay for my appointment the following day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was presented with a new total for my appointment with an up charge despite confirming the exact cost the day before. I couldn't even opt out of the additional service! For the owner to start twisting the issue and claim harassment speaks volumes of her character. While I was at her office, she was patronizing and belittling me. Now, in her response, she has continued the belittling and even added threats.

I went in there today to get a consultation for dental work and I was very apprehensive about the whole situation ( more like embarrassed of my dental situation) and the staff there made it very clear there was no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed. After many years of little to no dental care you end up with problems.. They made me feel right at home and completely welcome. The staff there is very personable and professional and after my exam they explained to me my options that would best fit my financial situation. Their recommendations on how to proceed worked out for the better and even though I was being a little irrational they continued to treat me with kindness.. Thanks to them I am now able to get new teeth In the most fastest and efficient way possible. They are very easy to work with and after 20 years of hiding my smile I will no longer have to do that. Thanks to Gilroy Plaza Dental I feel like a brand new person. I would highly recommend them to everybody I know.
