Pleasing atmosphere, excellent service by the front desk. Dr Palmer was thorough and efficient. The hygienist Kelly was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled with the softest touch, she made me feel comfortable and the procedure was over quickly. I appreciated Kelly explaining the procedure and my options she was professional and patient. I recommend Gilbert Road Dental Care and especially Kelly the Hygienist.

We had been going to Gilbert Road Dental Care since my son started to need dental appointments. Dr Cook was the owner at that time and loved him and the office. Had absolutely no issues until he retired and sold his business. This office management staff does not know how to do proper billing, read an EOB properly, and communicate. I had been waiting for a return call (from 8/14/22) when I first called to complain that they ran my HSA card on an unscheduled day. They asked if they could research and give me a call back. I agreed thinking they were going to do just that. Called back last week and office manager was in a meeting and would return my call. I did not receive a call back, called them today (9/6/22) and the office manager stated that my information was put at the bottom of a pile of papers and forgotten about. I then got told that my payment plan was extended and I owed more money without any notification from the office and they just took more money out of my account when I did not authorize it. Would not recommend them until they change their management staff and claims staff.

A most welcoming dental office! From the staff to the lobby to the hygentist, Kelly and the Dentists! They are good listeners yet efficient, and kind. What really impressed me with Kelly is that she would ask, are you alright? She wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting and that I was comfortable! I have never had a hygentist do that before!

Went in for a cleaning etc. The insurance rep gave some bad information but the lovely staff helped to fix the mix up. The dentist was very nice and the hygienist did a wonderful job with the cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience.

We relocated to Prescott and since we love and appreciate Dr Travis Evans, we maintain our relationship. All the dentists here are great as well as the entire staff. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and cared for. Some Drs can be replaced but not you, also thanks for never letting me see the needle. My smile is important to me, I love it!!!!!!

Best office I have ever used. Appointments are on time; the staff is amazing, and Dr. Gardner is great! I have used many offices over the years, many were very good, including the dental school. Gilbert Road Dental Care leaves the competition in the dust with a great atmosphere, office staff, dental assistants, and doctors' I recommend to everyone, you will be amazed!!!

I have to say, from the time I walked into,Gilbert Road Dental Care, I have had such a great experience. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. While in the chair, Dr. Evans & his assistant, Morgan, put me right at ease. Never once did I experience any pain. I also appreciated that they explained everything that was going on & what would happen next. So professional! The BEST part is....... they make the "Crowns" right there. ( meaning, I didn't have to deal with any "temporary" crowns) I left with my NEW permanent crowns. I highly recommend Gilbert Road Dental Care!!!

I had a great experience here. The dentist was kind and continuously asked how I was doing during the procedure. His assistant Crystal was personable and easy to talk to, which is important to me because I struggle with anxiety She really put me at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent dental experience.

Attempted to book an appointment. Try to do it via telephone during regular office hours several times. Then try to visit in person. At the time of this rating it was a Friday and their hours at that time posted until 3:00 p.m. I attempted the call around 1:15 and the direct visit around 1:45. This business was not available with no documentation posted as to the change in hours.

Gilbert Road Dental Care went above and beyond in my care. I had not had a cleaning in quite a while, and I was so nervous. Going to the dentist has never really been a good experience for me, and I have a lot of anxiety surrounding any type of dental work. My husband is a patient of theirs, and assured me that they were the BEST. He wasn't wrong. From the time I checked in, the girls in the front were incredible and so supportive. Alex helped me so much walking me through everything. She remembered me each time I came in, and is so friendly. My first visit was a new patient visit with Madison and she was great. I voiced my concerns about my anxiety with dental work and she was so understanding. I came back for my cleaning with Talia, who was also incredible. She was so thorough, and again very understanding and patient. Everyone was knowledgeable and educational in explaining to me what they were doing. I returned to fix a filling, and knew that I was going to have to get an injection. My nerves always get the best of me. The staff was so communicative about making me feel comfortable. Crystal was the assistant in my procedure. She was wonderful. I was told Dr. Gardner was the best at injections, and he truly is. He has such a calm demeanor about him and also made me feel very comfortable. The best part is- I didn't feel a thing! I will be returning for my cleaning every 6 months and with the care and customer service they provide I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for making my experience a great one!

Had the best filling experience I have ever had. I'm a very anxious person when it comes to dental work but Crystal and Dr. Gardner both made me feel at ease and it was quick and painless. I couldn't believe it was done so fast! The numbing shot felt like nothing and the filling itself only took a few minutes. Dr. Gardner really knows his stuff.
