I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Gilbert since 2010. Dr. Gilbert is very kind and attentive. His level of care has been excellent. His staff have also been a joy to work with. I have moved somewhat far so will have to at long last change dental practices. However, I highly recommend this practice.

He's a nice dentist but he will lose your paperwork and lose your payment records! Twice now he has lost records of my payments. I completely paid off my invisalign and now I have threats of it going to collections! Very unprofessional and extremely upset with the situation. Luckily I have bank statements proving that I paid but it's ridiculous that I was getting threats! On top of that, I don't feel like he does the best job either. I had to point out my own cavity to him because he didn't think one was there. Absolutely absurd. I would not recommend this dentist unless you want to be in debt for something you've already paid for or risk not getting proper dental care.

Dr. Gilbert is the most personable person I've ever met in my life. I have an irrational fear of going to the dentist, and my fears subsided when meeting Dr. Gilbert. He makes you feel so cared for, valued, and comfortable. I am so happy that I stumbled across his dentistry practice.

I never ever ever recommend this dentist to anyone. I don't have a good experience here. It's a pretty old office. Doctor only cares about money. He even didn't do my oral examination very well. I had an abscess on my gum and he didn't see that. They are not on time at all. They canceled on me twice as soon as I got there, and even didn't call me back to reschedule. That's not a professional and ethical manner. I definitely waisted my time, energy, and money there. Because after four or five sessions he had done nothing!

If you don't see anyone, call out after 15 minutes; they're probably there, but didn't hear you. Aside from that, I think this is a really solid dentist. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Gilbert and his team did an amazing job taking care of me and my dental needs. He opened up his office last minute when I really needed him. I highly recommend him and cannot thank him enough.
