Giggles and Grins Pediatric Dentistry in Southlake, TX has an amazing staff that takes care of their patients (kiddos) like they are their own with patience, kindness, and love! They are fun and make the kids feel comfortable! They give utmost attention to the reason for the visit. Everyone leaves with a smile and looks forward to coming back!

Very rude front office when dealing with insurance coverage. Too bad because their dentists have good reviews, but I never want to go somewhere that insurance & billing is a problem before the first visit! They didn't run it to check, they just said nope. Insurance company is wrong. We aren't in network. What is in network or not should be known, and it's not my fault for sure that the info is conflicting. They were super rude and defensive about it when I said I called my insurance to confirm they were in network. Insurance says they are in network and they said they absolutely aren't. Ok, moving on. I would never go here. I know these things change a lot with who's in or out of network, but this was unacceptable to talk to a potential client like that.

Called to book an appointment and was informed that if your child is over three you are not allowed to go with them for their cleanings, x-rays, etc. This is an unacceptable practice and must be changed. Parents should NEVER leave their children alone with strangers, doctors or not. I would be surprised if this is even legal. Go somewhere else, where they respect parents and prioritize children's safety.

I am having the worst time calling in an appointment. I have been calling for 2 weeks straight during their business hour and the recording has been hanging up on me.

My kids have been going to Giggles and Grins for 5 years now and still very much enjoy their experiences, they even look forward to the visits. Most recently the office has been very Covid-Aware and have made the whole process seamless and easy.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. They have been so easy to work with and compassionate to our family. Our 16 year old son is low verbal with severe autism. He cannot do in-office procedures, and had a seriously large back molar cavity within a millimeter of the root. They quickly facilitated an outpatient hospital procedure where his tooth was ultimately safely extracted under anesthesia. We are so grateful to them for helping him. All the dentists in the practice are so friendly and caring - easy to talk to and explain things so well. We recommend this practice to EVERYONE! They're truly the BEST!

Today was both my son's second appointment.My boys are very comfortable here. The staff here is fast, efficient, and extremely kind! The new location is amazing and it fits the warm and loving atmosphere. Thank you guys for being the best.

Everyone is so sweet, nice and welcoming. I was always terrified going to the dentist as a child and so I appreciate Grins and Giggles so much for making my children completely at ease and look forward to their next visit. Would recommend them 100 times over !!

We absolutely love Giggles and Grins! Everyone there is so nice and the new office is beautiful. We have been going to Dr. Armstrong for about 5 years now and not once has my son complained about going to visit see the dentist. I would recommend to everyone.

I absolutely loved our entire experience at Giggles & Grins and would 100% recommend this office to anyone with children! My son was seen originally by a different pediatric dental office and I was not happy with them. A friend referred us here and I IMMEDIATELY felt better about the whole situation with my son's dental issues. The dentist was kind, made sure to communicate with my son and make him feel comfortable (he is 1 yr old so this was very important to me, as the previous place did not do this), and extremely informative if the whole situation and made me feel better about the decisions we had to make and the whole process afterward. It made my worried mama heart go from panicking to being completely at peace. As I said above, I would 100% recommend this place!!
