Dr. Matthew Gifford has been around the dental field most all of his life. He was born and raised in the town of Page Arizona where his father began his dental practice in 1957. After graduating from Page High School in 1983, Dr. Gifford served 2 years in Africa as a service missionary. He then attended Brigham Young University, Finishing up his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington Dental School in 1994.

I moved to Atown & found my dentist! I had 2 root canals and crowns done at once and it was the most peaceful experience. Dr Gifford and staff are the best! My teeth and smile are important and Doctor Gifford is definitely my dentist for life

We were visiting Anacortes and my husbands tooth had been sore and getting worse. Our dentist told us we needed to make an appointment with an endodontist. Dr. Gifford's name came up and we called at 3 in the afternoon. They were friendly and caring and apologetic that we wouldn't be able to get in until 10:00 the next day. We went in, he took an x-ray and did a three-way root canal while my husband slept. He was professional, nothing hurt, the staff was super friendly, wish he was our local dentist, highly recommend him.

Excellent care here. Been to many dentists in my life but I only go to Dr Gifford now. He has a level of care & compassion I've not seen anywhere. Every appointment has been pain free- tooth pulls to implants! Do yourself a favor & make an appointment with him.

I had an excellent experience when I went here. The staff was kind. Kristen cleaned my teeth so well and held a great conversation. She is such a sweet lady. I highly recommend anyone to go here for your dental needs.
