Everyone at Dr. Kratchman's office is very nice! Lindsey does a great job at cleaning your teeth! Dr. Kratchman really cares about you and your oral health! Kim at the front desk is always so nice!!

Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist Office. The dentist himself was awesome. Skilled, friendly, talkative, totally cool and down to earth. The lady at the desk was respectful, kind, and helpful. And the dental assistant was just sweet, calm, warm, professional, courteous and a totally lovely person in every way. It was great, it really was. I would tell anyone who is thinking about going, but wondering how it will work out. Don't wait a second longer. You'll get yer teeth taken care of by someone who genuinely cares about his patients, and have a great time as well.

Lindsay is great. Very good at what she does and such a wonderful person. I look forward to my visit. Dr Mike is a great dentist. Will be at this office as long as they are open.

My visit with Gibbstown Dentistry was great! I needed a filling replaced and it was repaired and I was done quickly. Dr Mike and the staff is very helpful and very friendly. Location is very convenient too. I highly recommend this practice!!!

My children and I have been dental patients here for several years. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Mike and his staff. My son and I had invisiline treatments and the results were fabulous.

Dr. Kratchman is a miracle worker. Nine fillings and a cleaning. He and his entire team are so kind and gentle. He listened to my fears and was able to make me comfortable enough to sit through three hours of work. I cried happy tears when he was done. He is the first dentist that I feel I can truly trust. He even reshaped my front teeth to make my smile so much nicer. I can't believe that I had my first painless dental visit. I'm so relieved and happy. I recommend Dr. Kratchman and his team to everyone who wants a good dental experience.

My experience at this dental practice was that they seemed more interested in financial gain than their patient's care. I did not care for Dr. Kratchman's way of interacting with myself and my children. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Extremely disappointed in service I received. Took a month to get an appointment. One day before my appointment they cancelled. Didn't have anything available for weeks after that. Tried a local business that has failed in customer service.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I asked if they accepted my insurance and they told me yes. They let me get a cleaning, X-rays, two fillings and did a root canal before they sent me a bill in the mail expecting me to pay even though I was told they took my insurance! And then the receptionist gave me attitude because I was trying to cancel my future appointments because I couldn't pay. Not to mention my cap fell off my root canal two days after it was done. And one of the cavitys that they filled didn't get filled all the way. I had to go to a different dentist to finish everything they started and fix everything they screwed up. I would NEVER recommend this place.
