I had an old bridge in my upper teeth and one of the teeth was bad and I needed new bridge. Sparta Dental made my bridge. I got a cancellation appt to remove old bridge and 2 teeth removed. I was sent home and was in extreme pain which is still going on today (2 days after procedure) I called office and asked for some pain meds to get me thru the pain while I was healing and the response from staff was to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I explained to staff I had done that every few hours and it was not working. The pain is horrible and I honestly think the staff could not care less. I have been only able to sleep for a few hours at a time and the pounding pain kept waking me up. Ridiculous. Here I am today on 3rd day and am still in pain and sick to my stomach from taking large doses of ibuprofen and Tylenol. I am so angry that my Dentist sent me home like this and I am miserable. My last visit there. I didn't feel like a patient that could count on staff to take care of my pain. I do not know what their reasoning is behind this but this is the main reason that I didn't have dental work done when I should have. I have had lots of dental work for years and I am done.

I did not like the fact I would have to apply for a credit card to pay for my bill in full before the procedure. I took out a loan through my bank & in the process, insurance was messed up & now I have a loan to pay & a bill to pay to them for the amount that wasn't put towards the loan. I would recommend waiting for insurance to pay them before scheduling a procedure. This way your not stuck paying two bills when you can barely afford one. Not happy!

Called to cancel and reschedule my appointment, nobody picked up so I left a message. When I called again the following Monday to see if I could reschedule that missed appointment the receptionist Pam said they wouldn't be able to see me EVER again since I didn't make it to my original scheduled appointment... Never heard of Doctors not allowing patients to cancel appointments, Was treated very rudely all because life got in the way and I wasn't able to make it, but ultimately probably for the best that they decided not to see me. Wouldn't want staff like that to be treating or performing surgery on me anyways. Patients beware.
