I found the staff friendly and the doctor personable. The Office was extremely aesthetically pleasing, comfortable waiting area pleasant color schemes and decor. However the pricing scale was roughly double that if any other estimates for the same treatment and the website nor the scheduler were candid about costs.

I was there on August 4th because the VA could not see me in a timely manner. The receptionist was wonderful. The dental tech was phenomenal. The dentist was stellar. I have been calling about why it took so long to get the paperwork to the VA - 15 August. Erica, the office mgr. was RUDE, INSOLENT and NASTY talking to me. She talked over me repeatedly. When I did it to her, she got nasty. She STRESSED that her boss graciously (her words) decided to become part of the VA civilian network and basically insinuated that veterans should be grateful and essentially bow down to this office. She stressed how she is the only one filing the claims and she's sorry if five days to file the claim was not satisfactory. She also stressed how she actually has 90 days to do it, again insinuating that I should be grateful that it only took five days. She is an extremely poor example of a customer service representative of a company. I would not have her represent me if she was the last person on earth. They can go ahead and destroy my files. I will not be going back for care. I read other reviews after writing this, and her attitude is trending. VETERANS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Quick to get an appointment, taken right back to fill out paperwork and after hitting a small snag, the staff was so nice and professional and worked to help me as efficiently as possible. Recommend for anyone with anxiety about the dentist, they really made it so easy!

I made an appointment for a cleaning. At the appointment, the hygienist and dentist didn't have time for my cleaning but had time to run up the bill. They scammed me.

I went to Dr. Steven Ghareeb when I needed a new crown for one of my front teeth, I knew immediately I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Steven is in my opinion the top cosmetic dentist in the state. I highly recommend Ghareeb Dental Group to anyone in need for high quality dental care.
