I was referred to the Ghareeb Dental Group by a friend. I found the Dentist, Dr Scarberry to be very professional, polite and understanding of my needs. It was very comforting to know that he & his staff was committed to the level of care that I received & also delivered a warm and inviting atmosphere for all their patients. The staff is also to be commended on their professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you, Dr Scarberry for all you do to ensure your patients satisfaction. I could not have had a better experience. It's a great Dental group for all ages, young and old. St. Albans, WV

Absolutely terrible... knocked a tooth out an was told needed dentures for 2500 when I called an asked if they could bill my insurance they said no i asked for a refund on the $300 xray cause i knew my isn covered up to 1,000 they said they talk to billing its been 4 weeks havent heard a word then told me they dont even do dentures to go elsewhere after they set an appt and wanted 2,500 !!!!!!

The staff is polite and all but they don't really care about how you feel. I had a dentist keep going even after I said it hurt and I was literally crying. Not only that but a woman was cleaning my teeth and she chipped it. They did not fix it even after I told them. They left a sharp edge on the filling in my front teeth and I've cut my tongue on it multiple times, they did not fix it even after I told them.

The staff & and the Dr. was beyond amazing and very caring. I had to get a little work done and he was so patient, soft spoken and let you know everything he was doing before hand, and always would talk to make sure you were fine during the procedure. They have a ADDED bonus with their massaging / heated chairs that help with being relaxed and calm. I'm honestly looking forward to my next visit in December and also for my daughter's 1st.

Best Dental office I've ever been to. I don't like going to the Dentist. I had an extraction. It was quick and painless.

This place has great appointment times without alot of waiting. They explain everything to you by use xrays. The staff is friendly and fast.

This is not the first time I have had trouble here. After a almost 5 year pause from this dental office I returned in the hope it had changed, that was a mistake. This process has been going on since March and because whoever is handling the insurance stuff is incapable of picking up a phone and making a call to see what is needed. Well I'm done, you'll know her as soon as you walk in it'll be the one with the I do t want to be here look on her face.

They people are nice and scheduling is pretty easy but the dentist pretty much refuses to do any work on kids. Every time I go there they would make a referral to a pediatric dentist and then it would take weeks to get a consultation and months to get any work done. I'd have to take three days off work to get a tooth pulled and with 5 children that's not practical. Might be a good dentist for adults but there's no reason to take kids there.
