I was going here me and my family for over 20 years. I trusted this man with the care for me and my family. It was a total shame what I have to do now along with my family to have the care we deserve. Avoid this place at all costs

I just called to make an appt. and was told that Dr. Ghannam passed away a couple weeks ago :-( He was a kind soul. RIP....

Avoid this office. Spent 30 seconds looking at the tooth, never sent referral as required by insurance to deal with the painful tooth. There are so many choices for dentists. Do yourself a huge favor and pick another office.

Dr. Ghannam has been my dentist for over two decades, and he helped me with a wide range of procedures including dental implants and esthetic dental restorations. As a dental professional (I am a periodontist) I really appreciate his being gentle, patient, ethical and very thorough. I highly recommend Dr Ghannam for any dental needs you may have

So far so good. A bit old fashioned tools but they get the job done. Prices are good even if you dont have insurance. Try other dentist and you will see the difference in price. So far staff has been nice. Not bent over backwards with fake smiles or anything. They do their job and thats it. If you want to pay for luxury and fake people trying to take your money go somewhere else. I did and my insurance was gone thru in two visits.

Unprofessional staff, specifically Norma who likes to hear herself talk, but doesn't want to listen to patients/customers. Would rather go to a blind dentist.

My children and I really liked Dr. Ghannam he does a great job. But I called to get my children and I chart history I got the run around I called 11:36 am and I was told that she will have to check with the doctor about my family chart history now they just called me last week to set up an visit for my family. So at 3:46 pm I had no call back so I called them and I was told by this woman I spoke with this morning "I told you that we will get the chart history out to you" I told her if she had told me that this morning I wouldn't be calling you back and after giving her my current address she said "Oh it wasn't you it was someone else let me check with the doctor about your chart" Then she got back on the phone saying" We don't have your chart history" Ok what is going on someone just called me last week to set up my families 6 months check up. All I'm going to do is pray for this office Dr. Ghannam I like him. But some of his office staff I can't say all the staff Some of them need to be replaced they are rude. GOD BLESS

I am so glad i found this dentist.im terrified of the dentist but he makes it so I'm not.Hes real soft handed not heavy and the staff is wonderful.

My children and I really liked Dr. Ghannam he does a great job. If I could give negative starts, I would. I have never been treated so badly anywhere. He accepts my insurance and is under contract to only charge certain amounts for certain services. He does not follow these guidelines. He was also trying to double bill my secondary insurance for services that my primary insurance covered and charge me an additional $300. When I asked him where he got that price from, he said he was giving me a discount and would not tell me what type of crown he was going to use. When I showed him the book of my coverage and the amount he can charge me, he became irate and told me to leave and find someone to do it for that price. When I told him that we can call the insurance together to discuss it with them in the event that I didn't understand, he told me to get out of his office and escorted me out. He told me that he has accepted my insurance for years and has never went by the book.
