Dr. Warshawsky is a born and bred true Chicago native. He attained all of his college training from the University of Illinois where he earned a total of five college degrees, culminating in his Orthodontic Certificate. Today he divides his time among the three pillars that support his practice.

Dr. Neil leads a world-class staff at Get It Straight Orthodontics. With four locations spread across the city and suburbs, they are a very high energy, dynamic practice that concentrates on delivering customized orthodontic solutions in comfortable, inviting atmospheres. High-end cosmetic efficiency is the focus of this patient-driven practice. However, as you walk around the offices you will quickly notice that there is more to the practice than just a pretty space. When he is not in his privatepractice, Dr. Warshawsky is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at the Craniofacial Center at the University of Illinois Health Center.With more than 18 years of cleft palate team experience and a vast knowledge of 3D imaging, he manages a large majority of the craniofacial cleft palate orthodontic cases.Dr. Warshawsky feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to practice orthodontics, and enjoys the ability to give back routinely at the University in a place that Makes a Difference where it matters most.

Lastly, to stay current, Dr. Warshawsky may be found on the road some 40+ times per year lecturing to audiences literally around the world on a number of subjects including building clear aligners, lingual orthodontics,and the use of fixed skeletal anchorage for more efficient mechanics.

With more than 18 articles published, and several active clinical trials current at any given moment, Dr. Neil stays busy. Outside of work, he is an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 156 in Glenview, Illinois. When he is not working he may be found at home with his high school sweetheart or one of their three kids, or fishing at their family cabin in the Northern woods of Wisconsin.

As an orthodontic assistant, I enjoy working hands-on with our patients and seeing the end result and the smile on their face after they are done with treatment. I have been in the field of orthodontics since 1974 and with Get It Straight Orthodontics since 1994. I coordinate our patients treatment plan and financial arrangements and serve as a liaison for patients with questions or concerns throughout their orthodontic experience. Working in the field of orthodontics is so rewarding. I love being a part of giving a patient a beautiful smile, and I appreciate the lifelong friendships Ive develop over the years with our patients and my team.

I have two grown children and three grandchildren who live in California, so I frequently travel there to visit them. My love at home is my rescue Jackson. He has been a member of my life for almost seven years and has brought me so much joy. In my free time, I love to garden, spend lots of time outside, and binge-watch Netflix.

My favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the amazing results; the before and after pictures are unbelievable! I love numbers, so insurance billing is a great fit for me. I have been the office manager with Get It Straight for ten years and have been in the orthodontic field since 1991. One of the most rewarding parts of being a part of Get It Straight Orthodontics is the happiness and appreciation our patients give us for what we do. At home, I have two children, ages 13 and ten. I love music, art, culture, and Im a bit of a foodie. I enjoy volunteering, especially when it includes my children. We also enjoy the outdoors such as camping, hiking, and exploring.

I joined Get it Straight Orthodontics in 2019, where I assist our orthodontists, take records on patients, and update patient history and treatment. I love being around people, so getting to interact with patients and my coworkers every day is a lot of fun. I enjoy working together with our team to provide people with the best care we can.

I love visiting my family back in Michigan, doing things like playing tennis and hiking and playing overly competitive ping-pong games with my four younger brothers. On weekends, I like to spend time with friends exploring new parts of the city or watching our favorite movies. I like to stay active by running, playing volleyball, and taking trips to the dog park on nice sunny days with my fur baby Kaia.

I've been with Get It Straight Orthodontics since 1997, where I currently work as the office manager. My favorite thing about orthodontics is starting out with a patient and seeing the finished result, feeling that you had a hand or part in making the patient get the result they were looking for. I am married to my husband Mark and have three boys and two granddaughters. My oldest son and youngest son are United States Airmen, while my middle son works for a hazardous chemical company. I can say as parents we raised pretty good kids! In my free time, I like family gatherings, as I get to host for most of the holidays, as well as jogging, riding bikes, and traveling.

An orthodontic assistant here since 1998, I love the ever-changing technology of the orthodontic field. What I love most about my job is the people that I work with, both my coworkers and my patients. Our patients are very friendly and I love helping them as they go through treatment. My favorite part of being a laboratory technician is that it is always a challenge, with a new case every day. I've been in the field of orthodontics since 1998 and with Get It Straight since 2005. I love seeing our patients' smiles after treatment; they show their new straight white teeth and all of the confident that goes with it! I am a native of Baghdad. My family immigrated to the United States when I was two years old and I have lived in Chicago ever since.
