The most fair, reliable and valid testing methodology is utilized to test clinical proficiency in an objective manner. I visited Dr. Gersch's Westfield office last month. After having a permanent retainer put in after getting my braces off 10+ years ago, my retainer broke one night while flossing. When I found out my orthodontist was no longer practicing in my area anyone, I was recommended to see Dr. Gersch, and they couldn't be more right! The staff is extremely welcoming and the office is amazing! I was able to get an early appointment before work and was in and out in no time! I am truly appreciative he was able to remove what was left of my old retainer. If I ever need any more orthodontic work again, I will not hesitate to come here!

I had been going to Gersch Orthodontics for Invisalign treatment for 1 and 1/2 years. As an adult doing orthodontic treatment, I was a little self conscious. Dr. Rossignol and the entire staff treated me so nicely and made me feel so comfortable every time I went for treatment. Dr. Rossignol never made me feel rushed and always took the time to explain my treatment and answer all my questions. I would recommend Gersch Orthodontics without hesitation!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly. Clean Immaculate office and the dentist was very nice and informative. Very keen on details he provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

Dr. Rossignol did an enamelplasty today and my teeth are finally straight! The doctors have made the Invisalign process feel super fast and the progress is evident. Happy camper here!

Dr.Gersch is amazing. Having braces as a teen was rough, and to go through all of that trouble just to have my teeth shift back into a bad position made me really upset. My previous orthodontists office was not able to supply me with a new retainer after mine had broke several years later so I went from a beautiful smile to just an okay smile. I did not know what to do. I knew I did not want to have braces for a second time, and this time as an adult. With my wedding quickly approaching I knew I wanted to do something. My Dentist recommended me to Dr.Gersch and he transformed my smile back to how I wanted it in less than a year with Invisalign. Clear retainers that nobody ever noticed. I could not be happier with my results. Dr.Gersch and the staff at the office made everything so easy. Quick appointments, easy instruction, and friendly always. If you are looking to get that perfect smile I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks for giving me my smile back!

I would recommend Dr. Gersch for anybody and everybody who is looking for an orthodontist! He is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor who is always open to listening to his patients' questions and concerns. Dr. Gersch is a perfectionist and ensures that his patients get the best treatment and really is an amazing dentist, both for braces and Invisalign as my sister and I have had experience with both. Additionally, the front desk staff and assistants are incredibly sweet and welcoming, always doing an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend!

I have been going to Gersch Orthodontics for about two years now - I would first like to start off with stating that every staff member in the entire practice are incredible. They are all so incredibly kind and knowledgeable ALL THE TIME. I can call at any given moment, speak to a different person and get consistent answers and service across the board. The office is always up to par and I love the culture they have created by having themed days and even at times doing small interactive games/contests with their patients. I was recommended to Dr Gersch from my general dentist as I was going through the Invisalign treatment. To make a long story short, I had initially began my treatment with a different doctor ( after 2 years of consistent issues and feeling like their guinea pig) I was advised to see Dr Gersch for a second opinion. After meeting with Dr Gersch, I decided to bring my Invisalign case to him as I felt confident he could correct my issue not to mention I was in a time crunch as I needed results for my WEDDING day. In a short period of time, Dr Gersch was able to give me the most beautiful smile to enjoy on my wedding day and although I am still going through the treatment I can see the progress in my teeth and am extremely confident that I will have the smile I have always dreamed of. I would recommend any and everyone to Dr Gersch or any Doctor at his practice. As I mentioned before, they are so kind, welcoming and completely comforting in what could be some peoples biggest insecurity. I have been wanting to wait until my treatment is over to leave the review, however I could no longer wait on sharing what a great experience I've been having thus far and dealing with overall genuinely amazing dentists!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gersch and his entire staff for your orthodontic needs. I thought my only option to correct my bite was jaw surgery, which was recommended by another orthodontist in town. Thankfully Dr. Gersch informed me that I could fix my bite without jaw surgery using Invisalign. He referred me to an oral surgeon who pulled one of my teeth and then Invisalign did the rest. He even made sure to expedite the process so that I'd be happy with my smile by the time my wedding happened. It feels strange going to an orthodontist as an adult, but I always felt comfortable at their Westfield and Cranford offices. Dr. Gersch - thank you (and your entire staff!) so much for all that you did for me. I am beyond satisfied with Gersch Orthodontics and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very welcoming and comfortable office. Extremely professional staff. The team there genuinely cares about their patients. Edit. I just finished my Invisaline treatment and I couldn't be happier. I'm very grateful for the staff and Dr Gersch for my new smile. Also I felt very comfortable for the steps they took for COVID restrictions.

Dr. Gersch is knowledgeable, warm and friendly. He explains everything so you feel comfortable and makes the process seem less intimidating. I was hesitant at first to do Invisalign however he convinced me to by being patient and answering all of my questions and concerns. I am extremely happy with my teeth. I get compliments all of the time. I would recommend him in a heart beat!

Just had my 6 month check up and could not be happier! I always wanted to have my cross bite fixed and was told it was not possible. Dr. Gersch assured me that he could correct my bite using the invisalign treatment. Well he was right! The office assistants and staff could not have been more pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Gersch!

Unethical doctors just trying to make a quick buck. They were my childhood orthodontists and soon after turning 20 I needed bone breaking jaw surgery because of the damage they did to me. Instead of fixing what at the time was a minor problem, Dr. Gersch opted for orthodontic camouflage and exacerbated it. When I look at before and after pictures of my orthodontic treatment it's clear the treatment plan was completely wrong. Evidently Dr. Gersch is unaware that jaw position is equally if not more important than merely getting teeth to bite properly. Had he been aware he wouldn't have taken the shortcuts he did with me, just straightening the front "social six" teeth and then violently yanking and tilting my molars to abnormal angles without any understanding of the consequences. Quick generic treatment, that way he can move on to butchering more patients. It's all about throughput at this practice, actual results and your health do not matter to him. Even my jaw surgeon told me to sue Dr. Gersch and would even testify as an expert witness on my behalf. What he did to me was criminal. Avoid this place. ----------------------------- EDIT: This is my response to your message. Doesn't look like I can reply directly and this will be my last reply since otherwise it'll get too confusing for people to follow. Feel free to have the last word. My response: ------------------------------ Let me address your dismissive response. First off, I'm not using my full proper name since I'm listing my sensitive medical history here and I don't want it out there for all the world to see, but you probably already knew that. Second, your implication that my review is not real is ridiculous; perhaps I can jog your memory and send you my dental records from prior to beginning my pre-jaw surgery second round of orthodontics. But I anticipate your reaction would be something along the lines of "wow I must of finished this case quickly and made a lot of money!". As for concerns, read my review I already had jaw surgery to undo the damage you did to me and have no reason to seek your "help". Obviously I selected a more talented orthodontist for my second round of braces. Since your response is remorseless and reeks arrogance let me add the second chapter to my review: Soon after graduating college it became apparent I had severe bite problems. The first step was to seek out multiple consults to get a handle on the problem and possible solutions. Since orthodontist consultations are typically free, I spoke close to 10 total in the span of a few months. Nine recommended jaw surgery and were adamant that there was no alternative. Take a guess who alone did not. Hint: look in the mirror. So not only did you ruin my dental and overall health as a child, but you also wanted to sweep this under the rug and recommended an inappropriate treatment just so you wouldn't have to admit to making a mistake the first time around. This would have compounded my problem and offered no relief. Speaking of names, I noticed you didn't use yours either? Not that I expected any accountability from your practice.

I can't say enough great things about Gersch Orthodontics! My daughter just had her braces off and the results are truly perfect. The doctors are extremely nice, super kid-friendly and parent-friendly as well. They are patient with all of our questions. The office staff is welcoming and easy to deal with. The entire team always makes each appointment easy and fun. We couldn't be happier with Gersch Orthodontics.
