Dr. Woodward and the office team here are incredible. They are exceptionally organized and streamlined. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and polite, and Dr. Woodward is fantastic at explaining the procedure in simplistic and effective way. Although I do not wish for more oral surgery in the future, I hands down recommend the folks here. Exceptional customer service and great people.

Recently had a tooth implant done by Dr. Wu and this was my second experience with him as he extracted a tooth a couple years ago that needed to come out. He is awesome. He's skilled and works efficiently and he's friendly. Both procedures went great imo and recovery was minimal. He was willing to explain all the tools he was using and exactly what he was gonna do and he makes things easy to understand. Makes me wonder why I was ever nervous about getting a a tooth pulled or a tooth implant done, there was nothing to it! Cannot recommend Dr. Wu enough.

Got my wisdom teeth removed by doctor Woodward today. Very nice and friendly doctor who explains everything and knows what he's doing. Got in and out of their in an hour too. When I got the bad news my health care wasn't going to cover any of it, because I don't have dental, they offered me a 10 percent discount which made a difference paying out of pocket. Office people and nurses were all cool too and helpful. Highly recommend this office and doctor Mathew Woodward.

I had a wonderful experience with this office and with Dr. Woodward! Everyone at Germantown Oral Surgery, in my experience, is so patient, understanding and kind. My consultation was great and when they had to retake X-Rays, they didn't charge me on top of the consultation charge.I had three horizontally impacted wisdom teeth removed recently and was anxious about aftercare. I followed their detailed instructions but still felt worried something was up (nothing was up, I was just being paranoid) but they answered my all of my questions, booked me in for a follow-up for ease of mind. Even before my operation, I had to reschedule a few times because of various conflicts including an unexpected move from school because of COVID-19. All to say, they were incredibly accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone getting their wisdom teeth removed or any other oral surgery for that matter.

Dr. Woodward was the best. I was nervous about getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed but he made me laugh and explained everything which made me feel better. The office staff were super friendly and helpful, Kelly especially. I would recommend them if you need this procedure. I'm on my 3rd day and everything is great.

Dr. Woodward is amazing!!!! I had my wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago and it hasn't been that bad at all. I promise it feels like taking a 20 minutes nap. Great experience!

Dr. Woodward is the best! He is courteous, professional, technically fantastic, super-friendly and super-efficient. My daughter was scheduled to have 4 teeth extracted and was understandably nervous during the consultation visit. With warm, comforting and soothing words, Dr. Woodward was able to calm her down and make her feel at ease. On the day of the surgery, he found she had this little occult tooth buried right besides one of the 4 teeth. Dr. Woodward surveyed the situation and made the quick decision to also remove that unexpected hidden tooth. My daughter felt great after the surgery and recovered quickly without any issue. I strongly recommend Dr. Woodward for any oral surgery needs!

There are no words for me to Express myself about Dr. Woodward and his office staff, how wonderful they are, and how they made sure my mother who is 70 years old, who has had traumatic experience with some oral surgeons. I just want to say I wish all Drs would have the same bedside manner and qualities as a human being first and a health care provider as Dr. Woodward.

My dentist recommended this place. Dr. Woodward took excellent care of me. I had to to remove all four of my wisdom teeth but barely felt anything during the surgery, which was expected since i was under and the recovery period. I was nervous at first but Dr. Woodward kept me at ease. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
