Dr. Sandhu passionately believes in Treat others the way you want yourself to be treated. She carries the same philosophy when it comes to the patients. Dr. Sandhu earned her BDS degree from India. In 2002, she graduated from New Your University with DDS degree. Later, she completed her Residency at VA medical center in Albany, NY. Since then she has been in private practice. After working as an associate in a wonderful practice in upstate New York, she moved to MD and is serving the Germantown community since 2005. DR. Sandhu has committed herself to lifelong education and professional development through continuing education. She has taken multiple courses and certifications in Lumineers, Invisalign, Implant Dentistry, facial esthetics and Botox treatment and sleep dentistry. She likes to give back to the community and enjoys going to the local schools to teach and educate the kids about good oral habits and importance of home care. She loves to spend time with her family after work and enjoys music, travelling and badminton.
Dr. Mistry is a proud graduate of University of Baltimore Dental college in 1993. She has been creating great smiles in the DMV area from the last 25+yrs. She has taken continuing courses in cosmetic dentistry and patient management to refine her dental skills. She is also an active member of ADA, MSDA, VDA and SMDS. She is a proud mom of two beautiful girls. Her hobbies are travelling, hiking, biking and specially cooking. She is passionate about spending time with her family. Her caring and nurturing personality makes her patients very comfortable in her chair and generations of families come to her.
Reeta Rdh achieved her BDS degree as a dentist from India in 2007. Later she finished her dental hygiene degree from New Jersey and graduated from as registered dental hygienist. She practiced in NJ for 4 years before moving back to Maryland and joined us in 2019. Her dentist husband is her strength, and she likes to spend time with her two kids. Enjoys cooking, eating and walking.
Samantha is our insurance coordinator. She is an active member of AAOOM. Over the time she has taken multiple courses in office management, dental software and insurance benefits. She is cheerful, outgoing, sincere and very hardworking team member who is also a mom. She likes to spend time with her kids and watch them grow. What makes her happy in life is her family and friends. She has a positive attitude towards life and is the best friend of everyone in the office.
Diana is our front desk coordinator and an asset to our practice. Noticeably quiet, punctual and professional. Her patience is her strength. She likes to learn and has spent multiple hours in learning verbal skills and taking care of your questions and concerns. She loves to spend time with her family. She has a very committed attitude towards life and likes to help everyone. We are proud to have her.

Very outgoing and with a smile on her face, Maria offers high level of service to our patients. She is a confident individual and a very quick learner. She loves spending time with her family and Kali (her dog), enjoys traveling, reading a good book and eating. Maria got her education and training from the University of Madrid and now have joined our practice to show her skills.

Dr. Sandhu is the best dentist in the world! . She is taking care our family teeth for about 20 years. We are very happy! Our teeth is very healthy! We never wait upfront. Very clean, neat and beautiful dental office. Front deck is very polite and helpful. Connie and other staff always welcome, polite and helpful. Connie is so wonderful! She will do x-ray very professional and help the doctor.Also I am very with my cleaning teeth! I will recommend everyone Dr.Sandhu and her beautiful office to anyone! I want to come every day to this office and fix my teeth!

I am very happy with the entire staff at Germantown Dental Service. They are kind,courteous and very professional. There is no long wait when you arrive for your appointment. I would definitely recommend this Practice to family, friends and anyone else who is looking for a Dental Services.

I always appreciate the warmth of the staff here. They are patient and knowledgeable. Sometimes in a medical setting I'm left wondering what's going to happen next, but at Germantown Dental the hygienists ALWAYS explain what to expect next, and the dentists always answer my questions with the kind of detail that helps me to know they really hear me. I've been a patient here for more than a decade and have been very pleased overall.

Honest review of first visit to Dr. Sandu's office: I chose this office based on reviews and the office did not disappoint. Caroline, dental assistant...phenomenal bed-side manner. She was mindful and intentional in explaining each move she made. Dr Sandu, you'll appreciate the same bed-side mannerism...intentional, mindful, and educational. Also compassionate enough to ask how she can make your time spent more comfortable during the visit. With all of the above said, if you've been searching for an honest, open, compassionate, and anxiety decreasing dental office? You'll find it here. Excellent service! The staff are so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Zero wait time and very efficient! Dr.Sandhu is highly competent and takes the time to listen. The hygienists are fantastic. Highly recommend.

I will never forget how rude and thoughtless this office treated me! I really don't know of any bad experiences with my previous dental visits. Unfortunately I'm saddened to say that I had the worst experiences ever with the dental hygienist, the dentist and the dentist assistant. I left in tears not understanding how a group of WOMEN in such high esteemed careers could be so unprofessional and honestly mean. I was to have my teeth cleaned but the hygienist appeared impaired. Her vision/eyes were crossed which caused her to unexpectedly drill places other than the areas that needed attention. The effect of this unkind visit to have my teeth cleaning before the new year has put me behind in my finances. The pain I suffered was unexplained and unexpected. I will never return again unless they acknowledge there mistake and pay another dentist to complete the procedure.

So I have trauma/anxiety with dentists that has lasted for almost 20 years but of course I finally got a really bad cavity I couldn't ignore. I called this place for emergency treatment and they got me in next day. I immediately told the assistanr about my anxiety and she literally stopped everything to talk to me about it. Then when the dentist came in, she also took the time to talk with me and comfort me. I ended up needing two root canals and they got me within a week. The dentist not only let me know she booked extra time around my appointment in case I needed breaks, but she also set up a hand signal for any time I needed a break. She was comforting the whole process. The anesthesia wore just a little sooner but as soon as I raised my hand, she stopped and immediately fixed it. Otherwise the process was painless. If you have any anxiety around dentist, please check out this place. They are literal saints.

Check-in was quick and seamless. The necessary Covid-19 protocols were followed from arrival to departure. Dr. Sandhu and her assistant were very clear and considerate in their care and the instructions they provided.

My family and I have been going here for over ten years, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Dr. Sandhu has always been patient, friendly, and diligent in her work as a dentist. Definitely would recommend.
