I have been coming to Germantown Denral Group since 1976. The Dentists, Hygienists and office staff are always friendly and accommodating. I never have to wait for my appointment. I would gladly recommend this Dental Group.

Always accommodating and work hard to book an appointment for you. if you have an emergency they take care of you quickly. Great dentist, dental assistance and front desk staff. At the height of COVID provided exceptional precautions. I felt totally safe.

What a great dental practice. Most recently, I broke my tooth on a Friday afternoon. I called, and they told me to come right over. Dr.Whittemore fixed me up beautifully and I was back to the office in no time. Last year, the same thing happened (different tooth) and they fixed me up on short notice then as well, also on a Friday afternoon. I normally see Dr. Gruen, and he also is fantastic, as are the staff and hygienists. This is the place to go.

I am very pleased that I choose Dr. Gruen at Germantown Dental Group to provide my ongoing dental care following the retirement of my former dentist of almost 40 years. Dr. Gruen immediately stepped in and assessed my current dental status and what needed to take place to bring about optimal realistic dental results. He was more than patient, encouraged questions and comments while he explained (with X-rays, etc) the status my oral health. I left my first appointment feeling more than confident with the care that Dr. Gruen and the other staff members at Germantown Dental were going to provide. I must mention that all the staff members showed a sincere interest in providing a positive experience at Germantown Dental. Eva made sure that I was checked in properly and had an understanding of what to expect from the appointment. I have been working with Lilly Saint, dental hygienist, and am more than pleased with her concern and care. Like Dr. Gruen, Lilly also makes sure that you know what she is doing and what to expect from the treatment. My experience with Germantown Dental has been very positive.

Dental staff is exceptional. Billing practices are questionable. It is nearly impossible to reconcile their billings for that reason we had to leave the practice after over 8 years. Ignoring the billings and mis calculated billings became too expensive.

Doc Whittemore is awesome and the others step right up to see me if he's not available in a pinch. I've been a patient for over 10 years. Thoughtful and thorough. All the assistants, techs and hygienists couldn't be nicer or more professional.

Love, love, love, Germantown Dental Group. The people are kind and caring and become like friends over time. I enjoy catching up with my hygienist and dentist every six months on the events of our lives. That, and the fact that they don't over schedule so you are seen AT your appointment time. These two things keep me driving out of my way and coming back year after year...going on 20+!

Dr. John Whittemore and his staff are absolutely amazing. I am from out of town and I am here for my nephews graduation. I have a front implant that fell off I was calling around and his office went out of there way to accommodate me ASAP. From the moment I met him he was such an amazing surgeon and managed to calm me because I was stressing out. He was able to fix my tooth even better than before. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I will be forever grateful that he helped me during this emergency.
