Dr Ali received a B.S. in Engineering in 1982 from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and M.S. in Engineering in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. In 1997 he received his D.D.S. from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi completed his residency in general practice at D.C. General Hospital. Since beginning practice in 1998, Dr. Alibakhshi has pursued continued training and education to expand his skills in dentistry, including courses in advanced professional implant training, neuromuscular dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi is a Certified Invisalign Dentist.

Dr. Winnie Wong is originally from Germantown, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland College Park and received her Bachelors in Biological Sciences. She continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she pursued her interests and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After finishing dental school, she completed an advanced education general dentistry residency in Tampa, Florida which has provided her with additional training in all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and emergency treatment.With a prevention-focused philosophy, Dr. Wong strives to help her patients meet their dental goals and maintain their oral health. She is proficient in all aspects of dentistry with an interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Nadarajah truly believes in the concept of healthy gums, healthy bodyand healthy smiles. At Perio Implant Centers of Maryland Dr. Nadarajah offers periodontal disease diagnosis and appropriate conservative treatments for his patients. He also offers dental implants treatments as well as treatment for Peri-Implantitis (failing dental implants).
Dr. Nadarajah is extremely caring and kind in mannerand is qualified to handle your delicate periodontal procedure with confidence and skill. Dr.Nadarajah is a Periodontist who maintains the highest levels of accreditation and pursues ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in Periodontics and dental Implantology.
His practice concentrates on the conservative treatment of gum disease including specialized interest in soft tissue reconstructive plastic surgery to enhance your smile and dental implants that can replace one or all of your missing teeth. His practice also concentrates on treating patients who have periodontal (gum) disease which may be a contributing factor to diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. He uses the latest technology and science to regrow bone (regeneration) in the jaws where bone loss was caused by infection from gum disease, loss of teeth, or injury. He is looking forward to building a happy, long-term relationship with his patients and their families, as well as his medical and dental colleagues in Maryland.
Camelliagraduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dentistry with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene Program. She received the Special Care Dentistry Award to recognize special projects, achievements, and aptitude of seniors demonstrating sincere interest in the dental health of people with disabilities and special needs. She also received Associate Professors for being a considerate, and professional humanitarian to each and every patient in her care as well as the Deans Faculty candidate in University of Maryland at the Shady Grove University. She has been working with several pediatric, prenatal, and patients with special needs.Camelliais bilingual (Farsi and English). She puts her patients at ease with her caring and positive personality, and she is very passion about her profession as a dental hygienist. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking Persian cuisine, and gardening.Camelliais a member of American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) and is devoted to the oral health care industry.

As a retired dentist I highly value the work that dentists do and therefore look for the very best in a dentist to rely on. I now confidently rely all my dental services to Dr. Ali. He is an amazing and the most caring dentist with an absolute best bedside manners. He make sure every question is answered in detail and all treatment plans are aligning with the guidelines. He always put patients first, very caring, and honest. Three aspects that go a long long way when you are looking for a great dentist. The hygienist Ms. Camellia is also very approachable and knowledgeable. She always makes sure that she took best care of me. I highly highly recommend this practice.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the staff in Germantown dental group. I've been in different offices for my dental treatments in the past, however this experience out-stood all previous visits. They are all welcoming and the hygienist Ms. Camellia is very knowledgeable about what she does. Dr. Ali took his time to explain details about my oral health and i am grateful for the choice i have made. They will continue to receive my business for years to come.

Came in today to have a Deep root cleaning done today and I must say the Hygienist Camilla did an amazing job . When she numbed me I didn't even feel when she gave me the needles and when she was performing the deep root cleaning I didn't feel anything. Kudos to you Ms Camilla for the amazing job. Camilla is an amazing hygienist and also we can't forget the man himself Dr. Ali as well he's an amazing Dentist . It's always a pleasure to go into the the office to see the gang to get my teeth cleaned. Sorevev and the the front desk staff are always pleasant when I come in . I have been coming to this office for a long time, but I decided to leave a review today. Dr. Alibakhshi and staff are very professional. They do not try to upsell you services that you do not need. Their Dental hygienist Camellia is great at conducting dental cleanings. She educates the patient in preventive oral care and precautionary treatments like fluoride and sealant .

Dr. Ali is absolutely a great dentist and would never go anywhere else again for any dental care!! I extremely recommend Germantown Dental & Cosmetic Center to everyone. The office staff from the front office to the hygienist etc are over the top friendly and go all out to make sure your needs are met. The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Winnie Wong did a GREAT job with my daughter. The dental assistant is super patient. The overall experience with Germantown Dental was great. The only concern that I have, there is only one air purifier for the several rooms in the back.

I have a specific phobia about going to doctors and dentists and this was not taken seriously. I was disrespected by Dr. Wong and the staff that attended me. After being there for nearly 2 hours, I left with an order to go have my tooth taken care of elsewhere. I will NEVER set foot in this practice again.

As always, a great experience. I've been going here since 2010-ish after needing an emergency root canal. Saw Dr Dave till he left and been seeing Dr Ali since then. Always caring and compassionate, and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well

Went for my first dental check up in over a year today (thanks Corona) Super friendly staff and top notch service! They called me back right on time for my appointment, Dr. Wong was so kind and explained everything very clearly to me :) They did not rush me to get "in and out" like some doctors do, even though I could see they were busy! I am always nervous going to the dentist but they helped me feel relaxed & welcomed! 10/10 would recommend!
