Germantown Dental is great they made sure I was comfortable while doing my procedure and they got me in earlier than my schedule appointment. I would recommend them any day. Great work

I initially came to Germantown dental for an emergency situation. I ended up liking my experience so much that I booked an appointment to become an actual patient here. I had my official first patient appointment today and my inkling about really enjoying this place was 100% correct! I have the pleasure of mostly working with Tracy during my appointment and she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so at ease even through my anxiety that was causing me to dig into my own arm due to bad previous experiences with other dentist. I now have an action plan where they seem to be very willing to work out different payments which gives me hope that I may actually be able to get this fully taken care of. I appreciate how upfront they are about everything but also very appreciative of the fact that even though I felt super embarrassed about the state of my teeth they never made me feel any embarrassment at all and helped me feel better ultimately about the whole situation. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a new dentist; I even just booked my daughter her first appointment because I enjoyed my experience so much I'm going to bring my whole family over! Thank you again for the wonderful staff at this location and a special shout out to Tracy for just being absolutely amazing!

My daughter had her first ever dentist appointment at this clinic. She was so nervous, and to be honest so was I. Her hygienist was Krystal, who was practically an angel! She took her time to put my daughter at ease. She explained each instrument and showed what it did, made things goofy and fun, and made all the anxiety just fade away. My daughter went there saying, "I'm scared". She left saying, quote: "That was fun! Will Krystal be my hygienist for my whole life?". The actual dentist who saw her was nice but seemed like she was in a rush and didn't take much time to be personable. The receptionists were friendly, informative, and attentive. The clinic was clean and well kept. There wasn't much space in the actual dental room for anyone other than the patient and dentists. I was told that parents are suppose to wait in the waiting area (unless it's the child's first time). Overall, it was a wonderful clinic full of very clear, concise, and friendly people and services.

I came in with tooth pain. They got me in quickly. Scheduled me for a root canal Wednesday. But didn't prescribe an antibiotic. Which seems pretty standard and recommended. Leaves me felling less than reassured how the procedure will go.... I asked about how to tolerate the pain until Wed and find it very odd that didn't prompt them to prescribe one. In addition to all I read regarding doing one before the procedure and the benefits such as healing faster and numbing quicker for the procedure. Might also give me some relief until Wed!!

Painful. Was supposed to get a crown. Had to get 4 rounds of anesthetic to numb the area and still had nerve pain. Fluids splashed all over face and neck. Pinched my lip several times. Very unpleasant and wasn't able to get the crown done. Had to r/s so they can provide additional anesthetic. Very difficult to understand Dr. Patel with thick accent and mask on. Assistant was extremely competent and professional.

So glad I chose this dentist office. From the moment I walked in staff was welcoming & made me feel comfortable. The office was extremely clean as well. Highly recommend

Took off work to get a free estimate of veneers. Took in my own dental pictures. Charged me $108. Just for getting a quote after telling me multiple times I won't be charged. Disputed the balance with the office manager. She apologized that multiple people in her office gave me wrong information but I have to pay. I wouldn't do business with liars.

Had a bad tooth ache called @8:00 July 8th am when they opened she said they will text me when I can come in .she texted me 9am July 20???? 12 days to wait for a tooth that was killing me. I called back and a man took my info and said he would call me back-he never did. I called @ noon and the lady said she knows nothing about this she said she was the only here all day!!! She said they were closing in 30 minutes. Time for new Dentist

Today was my first appointment and Tracy was my hygienist. She was very welcoming and outgoing. The receptionist were also very friendly. Would recommend to anyone new to the area looking for a dental office!

The staff was so nice. My dental hygenist, Crystal, was such a pleasure to be around. She did such a good job on my teeth. The whole process was painless and easy.
