Drs. Brian and Jen Germanoski both grew up in Pittsburgh and graduated from Westminster College. Brian graduated with a double major in biology and environmental science and Jen graduated with a biology degree (1995). Brian worked for two years as an environmental consultant and Jen worked as a dental assistant. The two got married in 1997, which is the same year they started dental school. After their wedding they both went to University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2001. Shortly after graduation, they moved to Crawford county, where Jen was an associate doctor in the office they currently practice in. Brian practiced in Corry, PA until they purchased the current office in 2006. Drs. Germanoski truly are a family practice offering services from 1 year to 101 year-olds.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! I've gone there for 18 YEARS, in spite of how abrasive Brian Germanoski can be, but I NEVER thought I'd EVER get treatment like THIS! I just got a filling there, and during the procedure, my jaw cramped, and I reached up to hold my jaw open for fear of my mouth closing involuntarily. This upset him, and he sniped about it continually for the rest of the procedure. When I finally had enough, and stood up for myself, telling him that I had no option other than to bite down while he was working, I thought the matter was settled, but when I asked if my movement ruined the filling, he ASTONISHED me by saying: "I don't know. That's a matter between you and your next dentist, because I'm never working on your mouth again." As I write this, I can't believe a medical professional, no matter HOW arrogant, could ever ACT that way! And even worse, I CAN'T CLOSE MY TEETH! He stormed out of the room before he ground the filling down! And I can't find a dentist in Meadville who is accepting new patients in order to have the filling FIXED and check to see if Brian Germanoski let his infantile and unprofessional temper tantrum cause him to botch the job. And just so people know that this is NOT an isolated incident, my next-door neighbor, Danielle, had a very similar incident with Brian Germanoski, so it's not just me! *Update* As the novocaine wore off, I became aware of a dry sensation under my tongue. After digging around, I pulled out wadding (see photo) that hadn't been removed before the man stormed out of the room during his tantrum. In addition to not fixing my bite, which is turning into a major inconvenience, the wadding proves he didn't complete the procedure, but I was charged full price. *Second Update* When I was told by Dr. Jennifer Germanoski that I had a cracked filling, I distinctly remember her saying that it was a bicuspid, so when I went to my new dentist today, I was confused when I found out that Dr. Brian Germanoski had replaced a filling in one of my MOLARS. I told my new dentist that I wanted an x-ray taken of that filling to make sure that there were no problems with it. The filling seems fine, BUT she discovered that a nearby BICUSPID has a filling with a crack in it. It *would appear* that the WRONG TOOTH WAS DRILLED! So now, I have to make ANOTHER trip to the dentist to get ANOTHER tooth drilled, in addition to explaining this MESS to Cigna so that I don't have to foot the bill for it!

Wonderful practice. After avoiding the dentist for YEARS, a co-worker suggested them. 100% glad they did! Reasonable, professional, but the best part? Patient and understanding. Highly recommend.

They forget to tell us important details about only doing procedures on children in the mornings. This might not be a big deal to some people but when you can't get off work to get your child taken care of it is!! Misinformed us about the so called care credit and when I cancelled it I was told I would get a refund.. when I called again to ask where the refund was, I was told that it was worded wrong and I would have owed more money (after already paying almost 400.00$).. the receptionist was really ignorant and said " fine , I will just take money out of my own pocket and pay the refund". When I called and told them we were going to change to another dentist and we would pick up the dental records, they said they would be ready for pick up. When we got there, the records were NOT ready! They said they emailed them to the new dentist which was impossible because we hadn't even found a new dentist yet!! After calling again and asking for the records to be emailed to our new dentist and given all the information to do so, they said they would.. when we got to the new dentist they still had not emailed the records. When the receptionist from the new dentist called and asked again for the records, the receptionist was very rude and said she would email them when she got a minute.. Definitely forget to tell you all the details and really weren't very kid friendly. Were not the right fit for our family! It's a shame you have to pay so much for a dentist to begin with and then they give you false information and the run around when you want to switch to a different one.. Unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone, especially people with younger children.
