I've been to quite a few dental practices while I was a teenager and I have never received such pleasant services like I have from Gerber Dental and Dr. Richard Berube. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my teeth to give me the perfect smile I have always wanted. The service was prompt and the wonderful ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. If you are contemplating going here, do it. You will not be disappointed!

My review is mixed because of dual experiences. Check in, dentist, and the whole crew seeing for my appointment me were really nice. They were overall very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable of the treatment. They are the only reason for the two stars. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the staffs lack knowledge on the billing. Which, could have been fine if it was a one off but after the first time I was told something wrong, I did my research before I went in to an appointment. I completely understand that pricing is estimated and staff may not know it as their specialty is the work itself. However, to be hundreds of dollars off, or not know that something isnt covered, is a bit much. I would have hoped that if a staff member was asked something and they were unsure, they should make that clear to a patient and not just guess that something is covered. Patients should be able to make informed decisions, not be stuck with a much larger bill because of a spilt uninformed decision in the appointment to do additional work. The part that is really driving the poor review is this and the manager. When I asked to speak to billing for help, the woman that answered was immediately combative from the first "hello". There was no desire to try and work with me or understand my position when I explained everything. When I asked to speak with a manager she said she was it and there was no one else to speak to. Because of how rude she was I did lose my cool and told her I would not be paying the bill. After a few weeks I had cooled off and called back. I apologized for losing my cool (with someone who was rude from the moment she picked up the phone) she accepted my apology and did then discount part of the bill. I didn't think much more of it and figured, everyone has a rough day and I probably was just the straw that broke the camels back. Well, the same thing happened to my husband with a bill. After my experiences, I told him to get everything figured out ahead of time and verify with the dentist what they were doing in the appointment. Sure enough, he got a bill for a lot more money. Come to find out, they told him they were doing one thing, but charged for another. When he called to speak with the manager, exact same response from the manager, angry and confrontational right away. She was not willing to work with him to figure out where the miscommunication or whatever may have happened. I have told him to reach out to the insurance company about fraud since what was done and what was charged is different. In the mean time, I wanted others to be aware of the situation so they don't have to have the same experience. Hope this helps others.

Dr. Berube is such a skilled and gentle dentist....and I am crazy nervous about having dental work done. He has always fixed my problems and has done so in a kind and calm way.

Do not go here!! HORRIBLE LIARS. They gave my husband work WITHOUT telling him there would he an out of pocket expense. They then slapped us with a $940 bill. After making a $100 payment in April, I thought that would cover a few months of payments.. NOPE. In July I offered to make another $100 payment and they told me a minimum of $300 was due or it would be sent to collections. All they care about is $

Here's a recommendation, how about staying open till later on some nights as advertised by your website? The doctor I want to see is not available on Saturdays. I have been with them forever and it's becoming a little inconvenient for me. I hate to look for a new dentist because of this!!

I love this office! I called them when my primary couldn't see me for a month, and I had just broken a tooth. This was right before Christmas and I was leaving that week to see family in Yosemite. I called everywhere and no one could see me soon enough, until I called Gerber Dental. They heard my story, and got me in that day for an emergency root canal. They saved my Christmas weekend. The doctor is funny and super inviting, and all the staff do their best to make sure you're taken care of. All in all, an excellent experience!

I recently started going to Gerber Dental and I can finally say that I found the right place for my self. Dr.Marzanna Nogaj is taking care of me and she is the best dentist that ever worked on my teeth. She is awesome. When you walk into the place you feel welcome all the members of the place are very polite and helpful. I think that for me this is it I found the place where I'm going to stay and i strongly recommend to anyone and everyone to check it out you might discover your Dental Professional's at Gerber Dental.

My husband had an appointment because he had an access tooth. It was for December 2nd 2019. He got a confirmation, tried to call to confirm but only got an answering machine. He headed to appointment in a snow storm, took the day off of work just to find the office closed and others sitting in the parking lot......angry. Not cool at all.

I have been going to Gerber Dental in Hooksett for over 5 years now. I greatly appreciate the quality and consistency of the customer service. I have gone through a few dental offices in the past, leaving not because of the talent of the dentist but the quality of the staff and the way in which I was treated every visit. Gerber does it right. Gerber does it right every time. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Gerber Dental for over a decade now, and have NEVER had a bad experience. Dr. Steve always greets with a smile, and a handshake, listens, and cares about me as a person, not just my teeth. He is thorough, to the point of not doing work at his office if he feels something is not within his area of expertise, however, he has 5 stars in all areas as far as I'm concerned! His staff is professional, kind, and responsive, I can't imagine a better place to go for my dental care!!!!
