Dr. Gerard Menzies is a 1986 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School and for the past 28 years, has been dedicated to three aspects of dentistry. After a year's residency at St. Mary's Hospital in Brooklyn, he began his private practice in Smithtown. He then moved to Massapequa and is now located in North Baltimore. While in private practice, Dr. Menzies joined organized dentistry through the Nursing Home Division of 1199 and became its Dental Director from 1997 until 2002. During this time, he dedicated his services to the Office of Mental Health, working out of Central Islip and Pilgrim Psychiatric Centers. In 2005, he became the Dental Director of Manhattan Psychiatric and Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Centers on Wards Island. Dr. Menzies could not maintain his busy schedule without the love and support of his family and friends.

My favorite Dentist Dr. Menzie have been my dentist for over 20yr my whole family have had the best experience as children and now adult. My 2 grandchildren are now having the same care, he's very kind sensitive to you mouth care, gentle, observing issues to correct in a timely manner, appt: are available in good timely accommodations, office is clean & orderly. Front desk very professional easy to understand with answering medical questions, dentist assistant always giving good conversation, also does great with the job there required to do. I highly recommend this Dentist , you will be pleased. I moved to Florida last year, just getting all my Doctors in place,but I'm considering flying back to NY for my dental care, isn't the same here when it comes to certain Doctor for me, I'm not settling on something's.
