I will adjust my review if things get better but I really regret my choice in orthodontists. The front desk is pretty bad. I've had 4 visits and 3 out of 4 have been ver uncomfortable. My dental team at WALMART health has a way better reception at $25 a visit...

My son needs braces. This was the only place I could go to get his mouth done without going broke. I am very grateful for their services, their affordable prices and their dedication to making my son's mouth, more beautiful and healthy

Amazing clinical team. Dr. Senderak attended to my treatment like her personal art creation, always talking over the details with me and making sure I understood the clinical plan. Nancy Rodgers was a huge advocate too for insurance coordinating, helping me resolve insurance transition issues with confidence and care. The front desk team was definitely rough 3 years ago, but I've seen steady improvement throughout my treatment.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend GSO! Don't be baited by the discounted price. You will get exactly what you pay for. They do a horrible job with orthodontia treatment and customer service. You will basically see a different student every time you go & No one is ever on the same page and your results will reflect. They don't communicate anything and will do things to your teeth without consulting with you first. The students are very snobby and condescending. You will feel like a guinea pig..no individual attention whatsoever. They have all this technology in the building and it does nothing to help the process. They basically guess and ask you what should be done so it feels like you are now the doctor. No one has an eye for detail and they will try to do a very mediocre job. You will be in braces way longer than you should be and they Will convince you to remove your braces knowing they have not achieved acceptable results. Go somewhere where you will be appreciated because GSO act like they are doing you a favor. They do not care about you at this facility! You can't trust anything anyone in this office says. A Very unprofessional team! They all lie and say they are managers so you have no idea who is really in charge. Kecia B. dropped the ball several times. Do not go here

I recently had an appointment at GSO.I had a great experience with Dr. Leo Freitas ! He was very kind and took the time to thoroughly answer and explain any question/concerns that I had.

I had Dr. Ron and it was a tough long 4 years but he got it done as soon as he could. He made sure I was happy with my smile and everything was good throughout the whole process.

Today was my niece's consult. Not knowing what to expect, we were a bit uneasy. We were greeted at the door with the biggest, warmest smile from a gentleman I later learned was Vladimir Roche! He made us feel welcome and led us through the entire consult demonstrating knowledge and understanding. Kudos to Vladimir Roche and the entire staff at GSO! Good customer service unfortunately is rare these days. It was very much appreciated today.

I love this place. Being an adult and deciding to get braces, it can be overwhelming trying to decide between all the various options. Everyone at GSO is SO nice, especially the front office staff, and in particular, Vlad. Appointments are always on time, the practitioners explain everything they are doing, and after only six months, I see tremendous improvements in my smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Editing my review to add: Dr. Giselle Sadeghi is THE BEST. No one is as good with braces as her. They tried rotating me to different residents but I always come back to Queen G!!!
