We are proud to be recognized as members and fellows of the highest dental organizations and to have in our team the only Board Certified Prosthodontist with Fellowship in Implant Dentistry serving Atlanta and Georgia.

The process starts with proper diagnosis including models, radiographs and CT scan to determine the proper position and measure the amount of bone available to receive an implant. After proper planning, the surgery is very safe, done under local anesthesia and with complications in less than2% of the cases. Most of the patients do not swell or report mild pain after the procedure. Once the implant is placed, an appropriate time to heal between 3 to 6 months is required.

Prosthodontics is a dental specialty recognized by the American Dental Association. It is the art to replace missing teeth byprosthetics means, including Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Oral Rehabilitation.

A Board Certification is a rigorous process that involves four stages, including oral and written examinations about Dental implants, Complete and Removable Implant dentures, Full Mouth Reconstruction, and Cosmetic Dentistry fromcases actually performed by the candidate.

If you are looking for the highest standard of care, are missing one or more teeth, have problems with the appearance of your smile, have complex dental problems, or need help with TMJ problems, then you are better served by a Prosthodontist.

If your general dentist offers a complete mouth reconstruction, he may be going beyond his scope of clinical training. Verify credentials and expertise before proceeding with actual treatment and feel free to obtain a second opinion. See how to choose a dentist from our blog.

If you have a high tolerance for pain, this is the place for you. Multiple teeth pulled. No prescription until the nest day, and then ibuprofen. Thought the suffering would never end.

(Translated by Google) I have been seeing them for more than 10 years and there were several procedures from a simple cleaning to caries, single implant extractions to a surgery of more than 8 hours and a procedure that takes almost a year, and I don't think I have enough words in the vocabulary to describe how grateful I feel with them, first the greatest terror of the dentist because of the pain WITH THEM!!! disappeared, the humane and cordial treatment exceeds the expectations of even the most demanding, we also all have pain in our pockets in this country when we talk about dental procedures and well, not only are the prices more than fair, but the concern for finding the right paths to be able to have a smile that allows one to feel proud, it is incredible. Absolutely all the staff is excellent, but the concern and feeling of Dr. Castro and his wife towards their patients stands out, which ranges from celebrate and be happy when the pain goes away or the smile returns, passing through concern and empathy when a piece has to be removed, without neglecting the parental scolding when an incident occurs that delays or jeopardizes a procedure!!! I can only say Thank you, thank you and thank you !!!! I've been seeing them for over 10 years and there have been various procedures from a simple cleaning to cavities to single implant removals to an 8+ hour surgery to a procedure that takes almost a year and I don't think I have enough words in the vocabulary to describe how grateful I am to them, first the dentist's greatest terror of pain WITH THEM!!! disappeared, the humane and cordial treatment exceeds the expectations of even the most demanding, plus we all have pain in our pockets in this country when we talk about dental procedures and well, not only are the prices more than fair, but also the concern for finding the right paths to be able to have a smile that allows you to feel proud, it's incredible. Solo puedo decir Gracias, gracias y gracias!!!!

Never have I ever had such a wonderful dental experience. From the front desk, to the techs and the doctors themselves all of them superb and caring to the tiniest detail. When you are asked about your plans for an upcoming trip that you told them about a month ago it's more than just checking the box kind of visit. The confidence in which they have provided me with from an amazing smile is life changing

I agree with the negative reviews that you do not see. This place is scam. They charged me for services covered by my insurance and also overcharged my insurance. They lied about correcting the amount to insurance and now have an attitude about my continuous calls to have things corrected.

I am not even sure where to begin. I came in from another office who no longer will help me. September 10, 2021 was the beginning of my reality nightmare. 2 sets of dentures so far, 2 surgeries and still cannot eat anything with them in. I have been losing weight 130 down to 93lbs as of today. My entire life has been turned upside down by the previous dentist office. I found Dr. Castro and his team online. I watched a few of his videos, and before I knew it I was crying while filing out a form to come see them. Today was my first appointment and I could not be in better hands, finally! This office is extremely clean, well kept, up to date and the staff are on a whole different level of compassion. From the time I walked through the door I felt as if I was already family to them. They have been so gentle, compassionate is an understatement to say the least. They are just all amazing people!. Everyone I have seen today went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make me feel as if I have some hope left. I have been needing that peace of mind since before my first surgery date, and I finally received it today. The team is certain I can be "fixed" and back to living my life again with my own family. I just hope I can do my part now to whatever treatment plan we are about to go over because I don't won't to let anyone down myself. You can honestly tell everyone here has a passion about other people being able to smile, eat and talk right again. If you are having second thoughts or concerns about anything to do with your mouth, PLEASE come here first. You can tell as soon as you walk in they are not here just because it's their job, but are truly here to help people get back to their lives. I promise you, YOU will not leave unhappy from this place and what they can offer you. I have not even received my treatment plan just yet, but I am about to. I already know they are going to give me all the options they believe will work for me. Thank you to everyone in this office this morning. I will never know how to thank each and every one of you, and again I've not even seen my treatment plan yet but I know it's going to be the best!!

From start to finish Dr Miller was extremely meticulous in getting everything exactly right for my bridge and crowns. He took a great deal of time with me the first day to create a temporary bridge until the actual work could begin. Then both Dr Castro and Dr Miller explained exactly what they wanted to do and how much it would cost. The support staff were always, friendly, helpful and professional. I plan to continue to use them as my dentists.
