Dr. Nick Miller grew up in Wooster, Ohio. Following dental school, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The complexity of cases and the critical thinking involved with prosthodontics intrigued Dr. Miller, which motivated him to complete his prosthodontics residency while at Fort Gordon.
His first duty assignment post-graduation was Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he served as Chief of Prosthodontics and mentored residents. While at Fort Carson, he achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Prosthodontics and became a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. He was Honorably Discharged from the Army in 2021 after completing his commitment.
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontists, and American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. He keeps up with the latest advances in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.

Dr. Brian Brodine grew up in Rochester, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies in Medical Informatics and Biomedical Science at Rochester Institute of Technology graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science. That same year Dr. Brodine was accepted into dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where he graduated in 2018 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Following dental school, Dr, Brodine was accepted as a full-time prosthodontic resident in the Advanced Prosthodontic Training Program at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. During his training, Dr. Brodine completed all aspects of treatment from surgical to laboratory procedures in the management of complex rehabilitative therapies for his patients. In addition, Dr. Brodine simultaneously completed a Master of Dental Science degree and was engaged in teaching throughout the undergraduate dental school curriculum in both fixed and removable prosthodontics. During this time Dr. Brodine also received additional training in the management of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD).
David is a talented, dedicated, and very fine detail-oriented technician. He completed his dental technology training in 2002. From 2008 to 2016 he lived in Alaska, where ran his own dental lab Micro Dental Art, specialized in Comprehensive restorative techniques.
We are proud to be recognized as members and fellows of the highest dental organizations and to have in our team the only Board Certified Prosthodontist with Fellowship in Implant Dentistry serving Atlanta and Georgia.
The process starts with proper diagnosis including models, radiographs and CT scan to determine the proper position and measure the amount of bone available to receive an implant. After proper planning, the surgery is very safe, done under local anesthesia and with complications in less than2% of the cases. Most of the patients do not swell or report mild pain after the procedure. Once the implant is placed, an appropriate time to heal between 3 to 6 months is required.

A Board Certification is a rigorous process that involves four stages, including oral and written examinations about Dental implants, Complete and Removable Implant dentures, Full Mouth Reconstruction, and Cosmetic Dentistry fromcases actually performed by the candidate.

As a physician, it's a bit easier to spot quality providers. Dr. Castro is absolutely top quality, equally a technical master as well as an artist with his craft. The result: you're going to love your new teeth. Dr Castro has been working on my teeth for over a year now (big project). He is always professional, kind, caring, and just a great person. He takes great pride in his work and is extremely thorough. I was at an Endodontist last week. He commented a few times about how beautiful my provisionals looked, adding that he can't imagine how nice the permanent crowns would be. High praise. The staff at his office are also great. Super friendly and always accommodating. I've seen many dentists / prosthodontics and there is just no one better. Pay him a visit, you'll leave with a smile.

I have consistently experienced first class teamwork for my dental needs. The entire staff genuinely cares about the patient. The doctor provides superb work. He was highly recommended to me by my retiring dentist in Atlanta. My normal check ups and cleaning are always on time and with a quality technician. The oral surgery I had was performed in office. The process was executed perfectly. No down time and back to playing golf the next day. This business knows what they are doing, executes as a team, and keeps the comfort of their patients foremost in their mind. The doctor is fantastic in demeanor, professional in his actions, and delivers excellent results.
