This is first time writing a review on Medical services and this Georgia Orthodontics is purely commercial business shop !! Beware on your signed contracts and there will be no monthly, quarterly statements on the split up's that will share to your home address which were legal documents. They charge around $3000- $3100 for just Braces, if you did not notice statements there will be lot on late notice charges $40 each to your account. Can do Commercial business on medical services but this is oversized Commercial business !!! If you are in tied up for 2 year contract, please get your monthly statements to your home address for review. Those were legal and compliance documents, they were fail to do so. Beware and I am not referring any friends and family

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff that puts the patient first and builds a real connection with visiting customers. Would 100% recommend this place, you are under great care especially with likes of Dr. Patel. 10/10

My friend recommended this place to me, I took my daughter and we were very satisfied. Dr. Chong and his team were very friendly, they explained everything very well and were helpful. We loved this place

I absolutely love this place! Dr.Chong and his staff are always very polite and explain everything in great detail! My son had to get a filling and he didn't even know they had gave him a shot to numb his mouth. He was so excited to get his prizes after he done and he left with a very positive view of the dentist! Beyond happy with our experience!

Fureza was super nice and took very good care of me and other patients.She took her time and did not rush and cared for her patients and did an excellent job.Best dentistry I've been too so far 5 stars

This place is very professional and very respecting place , the people that work at this place is very clean and organized. Dr. Chong is the best children dentist I have ever been at . We came as a new patient and there was no waiting they called us right away.

We been trying to find a good dentist for a while my sister in law told me about them and how she loves that they are attentive, clean, and overall great with the children. Facility was very clean and well ran. Staff was extremely friendly and was able to get us in and out, they have established a great system and a friendly welcoming environment for their patients! Dr Chong was super nice and gentle very professional explain everything in detail, my 3 years old girl said " I love this dentist he is best dentist" Can't wait to bring my kids in 6 months I definitely would recommend them to anyone. 10 stars

An absolutely amazing pediatric dentistry, Dr. Chong and his team are always devoted to providing the best possible dental care. They are very honest and caring towards their patients. You're greeted with warm smiling faces that make you feel more comfortable and at ease about any dental issues for your child. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an reliable pediatric dentistry office.

I discovered this dentistry by a friend recommendation and she mentioned that there was great service and family care. I decided to take my kids and they absolutely loved it. They loved how sweet and gentle the dentists were to them. We love how caring they are as well, not only the dentists but also the staff. The dentistry is also very neat and clean. Thank you to Dr Chong for all the care and love! You have a great team!

My son ( who hates going to dentists ) looks forward to coming here for a regular hygiene check, very professionally done, especially his favorite Feruza who takes her time and thoroughly checks to make sure she cleaned every tooth while keeping my hyper active son calm. Great dentistry with great staff!

Our family has had a wonderful relationship with Dr. Patel. He has been the orthodontist for both our children. Most recently he has helped guide us through our daughter's jaw surgery with compassion & professionalism. He is the very best! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel & his team. He has a wonderful disposition and is always happy to answer any questions. We are beyond pleased with Dr. Patel & what he has given our family. Both our kids have beautiful smiles and the experience working with him could not have been better. We highly, highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Extremely unprofessional service by the front desk people at the Milton location.my 4yr old had an appointment on the 11/17/2021 for a clean up at 4pm.and was denied the service saying that we were late for the appointment by 15mins and for not filling the the new patient forms before coming .when we actually arrived at 4.12pm (just 10-12mins late not like 30 or 45mins)and couldn't complete the online forms before due to a technical issue(web site was not allowing to proceed without certain data that needed to be clarified with the clinic first ).when we arrived ,the front desk lady went inside and discussed with someone before coming up with the answer.utterly disappointed with the way this was handled .it was obvious that someone wanted to leave early without doing their job.if you're unable do it pls don't take 4pm appointments in the future and stop wasting others time and energy like this.She offered to reschedule but who in their right mind would want to come to a place like this again.of course we said no and canceled my other kid's appointment aswel. We drove 10miles on a weekday amid all the other work to be treated this way. We are not recommending this place to anybody.

All the staff members, were very polite and very professional, great customer service and helped me with everything I need forms and all very clean facility. Welcoming environment. I thought it was the cutest thing; they a school board welcoming all the new patients. So neat!

This was amazing, not only was the staff soo caring and nice, they did an amazing job! Brandi (one of the workers) helped us and she was soo great! She gave us the best time! Definitely Recommend!

The office looks nice but doesn't know how to function as an actual business working with insurance. After 8 phone calls back and forth with this office and my insurance over a simple filling, I'm done! My insurance was even nice enough to call them twice for me telling them fillings are covered 100% and to stop advising me there is a charge, but they still wanted to charge me.
