Dr. Duval is a Macon, Georgia native who graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta. He earned his dental degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed his orthodontic residency at Howard University in Washington DC, where he received his orthodontic certification.
Dr. Duval continues to learn, refine his skillset, and stay up-to-date on technological developments through continuing education courses, like those in Invisalign, Damon Smile, and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs). Hes currently a member of the George Dental Society, the Georgia Dental Association, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.
In his work at Georgia Orthodontic Studio, Dr. Duval is focused on exceeding his patients expectations and making dramatic differences in their lives. He has a strong passion for the unification of art and science thats so fundamental to orthodontics and enjoys giving patients smiles that are as beautiful as they are healthy and functional.
Outside of Georgia Orthodontic Studio, Dr. Duval teaches orthodontic assisting at Georgia Orthodontic Assisting School. He also devotes time to helping his community through volunteer work, participating in Help a Child Smile, Greater Travelers Rest Youth Smiles, and numerous mentoring programs.

Horrible service. Can't get in touch with them when you need them. They are consistently getting appointment days and times wrong. They have also cancelled 3 of our appointments and we just started service with them. They put you in auto draft for payments but it doesn't work. They then charge you a late fee even though it's their system that doesn't charge your card correctly. When you can get in touch with them they aren't knowledgeable about their procedures. They can't tell you what an appointment is for. Lastly, they are the most expensive orthodontist in the area.

Dr. Juval is really nice doctor and knows his stuff. But the front desk staff is not responsive at all. I have called multiple times last week in regards to my son's emergency visit. I waited for their call for whole day... giving them chance to return my call. After waiting 24 hours, I called them back next day, wasn't able to take him in the same day and had to wait whole weekend. They saw my son on Monday morning...because I am in med school my parents took my son to his emergency visit. Somehow they changed my son next week follow up appointment. So I called them again to let them know not to change that appointment. I am in the same boat again... called them multiple times... no response. When Tiffany was at the front desk there was no issues. I used to get personal reminder calls+text+email and every time I called she always answered or return my called in promptly manner. I am very disappointed in their front desk service. After doing business with them for past 3-4 years I am really considering taking my business somewhere else!...

I had a great experience at this office. The staff is very warm and friendly. The office is always so clean and the wait time is not bad at all. Dr. Duval was my daughter's Orthodontist years ago, so when I needed my retainer replaced this was the only office I called.

Dr.Duval is a very nice man however I had a poor experience with my braces, after having them on for seven years and my teeth have yet to progress because of an impacted canine that has not come down, instead of him recommend me to get a implant for said tooth he has been stringing on treatment for years knowing the tooth needs to be removed. Braces are not the best quality either, felt like I wasted 7 years of what could have been a better smile.

The service here is great & everyone is super friendly! I love the fact that they give appointment reminders & confirmations via text & they assist w| selecting what colors to get With everything going on w| COVID-19 they've stepped up and have implemented measures that go above and beyond of making sure we (the patients) are safe! I'm truly grateful!
