Dr. Nguyen was a medical student before he attended Georgia State University where he received his degree in Chemistry with Magna Cum Laude. He then pursued his Chemical Engineering degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with Highest Honors. Upon graduation, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine; while there he also won many awards and was ranked #1 clinician in his class. After dental school he completed three years of post-graduate training in orthodontics at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Nguyen has a strong passion for the dental profession, especially in orthodontics. He treats all of his patients as if they were family members, and he always strives to create a healthy, beautiful smile that his patients deserve.
Indira (Indy) is our insurance coordinator. She has been working in the dental and medical field for eight years. She is committed to helping our patients with their journey to a healthier smile. When she is not at work she enjoys her free time with her family, friends and her dog. She plays sports and loves to read a good book.

Marina is our insurance coordinator. She has been in the dental field for 8 years. She strongly believes in providing the best customer service and dental treatment to our patients. When she is not at work she loves to workout and spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys hiking, going to the movies and watching Braves baseball.
Hannah is one of our patient coordinators. She moved to Georgia at an early age from Rochester, New York with her parents and 3 older brothers. She recently joined our dental team a year and a half ago and is very eager and excited to be working in the dental field. In her spare time she is an aspiring photographer, loves hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and her fur baby, Sam.
Ruth has over ten years of dental experience. She graduated from Gwinnett Dental Career Academy in Nov 2014 as a Certified Dental Assistant with the highest honors. Originally from Athens, Georgia she joined our team as a treatment coordinator and quickly her cheerful personality has been . Ruths affinity to learn and her ability to render quality care make her a vital asset to our team. When not a work, she enjoys sharing priceless moments with family or just hanging with friends sharing many laughs. She enjoys baking, do-it-yourself projects and playing futbol.
Savannah is our treatment coordinator and is the newest addition to the team. She is very excited to start her career in the dental field and aspires to one day become a dental lab technician. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and Fianc, and playing with her adorable puppy Skyler.
Fernanda is one of our orthodontic assistants. She joined our team in the summer of 2013 and our patients quickly fell in love with her spunky and caring personality! Fernanda is a Georgia native and graduated from Mill Creek High School. Her goal is to someday become an Orthodontist just like Dr. Nguyen. In her spare time you can find her at the gym working out or playing soccer with her friends.
Mimi is one of our orthodontic assistants. She has been with Georgia Orthodontic Care since day 1. She has a great sense of humor and loves to make patients feel comfortable. Mimi speaks English and Vietnamese.
Vera is one of our dental assistants. She was born in Moldova were she was a nurse practitioner until she moved to USA in 2004. Since then she has been working on the dental field and has become an exceptional assistant. She thrives on informing our patients about each procedure, so that they can feel confident and comfortable about their treatment. She likes to help patients with their dental goals and feel good about their appearance.

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing Orthodontist! He is always attentive to my concerns and questions. He is always very kind and happy! His entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and I love that they're using 3D scanners now! They are so efficient and gentle. His assistant Ruth is lovely and always fun to talk to! They make you feel so welcome and cared for. All the assistants and front desk ladies are wonderful. Thank you for the amazing smile Dr. Nguyen! I'm so happy to have an orthodontist I refer all my friends to. I appreciate all that you do for your patients! Dr. Nguyen and his staff will always have a special spot in my heart and I'm glad to have chosen them for my care. Top quality!

Excellent service and job well done with my braces. Dr. Nguyen is very professional and I was able to ask questions with every appointment and received my answer immediately. Great communication with staff as well. I was able to make appointments and reschedule as necessary. Orthodontic Assistants were very nice and my smile was everything I wanted and more.

Where do I even begin? I was referred here by one of Dr. Nguyen's previous patient. I fell in love with his work so i scheduled for my consultation the same week. I was very nervous about the process of getting braces at 25 but I knew I had to fix the only insecurity that I had of my own. The office location is always well kept, very clean and super friendly staff. The staff is so kind and are very helpful. On the day of my consultation, I walked in there and didn't know what to expect. When Dr. Nguyen walked in the room, he was extremely comforting and caring. He answered every question I had about the treatment. He told me that my treatment would take two years to complete. Without hesitation I asked them when would I be able to come back and get started. They told me "right now" and I couldn't agree more lol I got braces put on the same day and was Really excited to start the treatment process. I got to see Ruth and Dr. Nguyen once a month, lucky me :) we joked and laughed a lot. They do take really great care of their patients. I even bought them a box of doughnuts on the day I got my braces removed last month. It was the least I can do, they worked very diligently on my now beautiful perfect smile. I would come back here a thousand more times if I needed to. I am seriously recommending this Orthodontist office to anyone that is researching and needing treatment. I will say..the sooner you get started, the sooner you'll have a perfect amazing smile :) Thank you a million times to all your hard work, I'm thankful for this place !

I've been going here for years and have been satisfied with every visit. Dr. Nguyen was able to transform my underbite significantly within only the first couple months of treatment. I then proceeded with braces for a couple more years to straighten up my teeth. Now as a rising senior, I got them off recently and could not be happier with my smile. Dr. Nguyen, Ruth, and the other staff in the office did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I came to this office after having an awful experience at another Orthos office. The staff is nice from billing and admin to the assistants. Dr. Nguyen answered all my questions and concerns fully, which I appreciated because I didn't want the "dumbed down" responses. They are also very responsive to emergencies, I felt I was truly a priority. I have them to thank for my new smile and would definitely recommend them to everyone!
